Excellent accommodation in a perfect location

Excellent clean, spacious accommodation in a perfect location. Access to the Tauern Spa was superb. Staff were all very helpful both before arrival when our ski locker was organised for us in advance and during our stay where everyone went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable.

Some days it was a bit of a challenge to get hold of a spa pass but this was mainly due to the receptionist being off and I had to ask other members of staff from the cleaning team or the restaurant to arrange this for us but in fairness someone always did but I could have done without the extra effort! It would also have been handy to have had more kitchen utensils and a sharp knife in our apartment.

It says that they’ve got an A/C and when I checked in there was none. I asked them how is that? They responded: A/C is only available on selected rooms which wasn’t clear on Booking.com when booking..

Amazing high quality place two steps from ski area

Amazing hospitality and customer care, very nice apartament with small garden and mountain view. Silence, perfect for families or those who are looking for a calm stay. Two steps from the MK lift, and direct connection to the glacier by 3K lift - perfect for skiing. You’ll really find there everything you need.

To improve the condition of the apartment 4-replacement furniture.Adding elements for a better atmosphere and comfort.

It was warm in the hotel. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

The sofa was broken and uncomfortable to sleep. Everything was neglected, the upholstery was torn, the plaster was torn in places. Elementary things were missing - a knife, a sponge for plates and others. There were burnt lamps, worn furniture.

excellent location, wonderful staff, and awsome food at the hotel's restaurant. it is great that they offer Zell am See Sommer Karte which allowes usage of a ski pass and a spa, nearby private beaches, all free of charge!

The shower was good, but a bath would have been nicer. A single queen-size bed can improve the experience even more, 2 single beds next to each other is a minor downside.

TOP and most kind and cheerful OF KAPRUN

EINFACH KLASSE! Wir hatten sehr wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das ganze Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und Herr Gastgeber Gerald genial! Er war immer da und sofort hilfsbereit und stets fröhlich! Extrem saubere Räume was und besonders gefallen hat! Die Lage ist top! Unser Hund Maya war immer überall willkommen und somit hatten wir unvergessliche Winterferien! Danke auch an das Restaurant und Frühstückspersonal! Auch die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich. Das Eis hat und fast jeden Tag zum Nachtisch verführt:) Herzlichen Dank für Alles: Renata, Asia mit Kids und Hund Maya.

Eine Kaffeemaschine hat nur gefehlt.

Kurzaufenthalt in einem Top gepflegten, familiär geführten Hotel!

Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Bei unserem "Problem" (siehe nächster Punkt) ist uns die Hotelleitung sehr kulant entgegen gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Die Lage ist Top, gratis Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich, sehr vielseitig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Fantastisch war natürlich, dass der Thermeneintritt im Preis incl. war - dies nutzten wir sehr gerne. Auch wäre die Gästekarte dabei, mit welcher man zb. gratis ganz hinauf auf´s Kitzsteinhorn kommt. Dies haben wir heuer aber nicht genutzt - kann ich aber jedem weiterempfehlen!

Es gab im Wirtshaus im Erdgeschoss eine Geburtstagsfeier. Anfangs bekamen wir von der Geräuschkulisse nichts mit, die Wände, der Fußbodenaufbau sind sehr dick und gut gedämmt. Nur wurde die Feier nach Mitternacht mit lauter Musik, Moderation und kreischende Damen zunehmend ausgelassener, wodurch wir immer wieder aufgewacht sind. Ich sah mich dann gezwungen nach unten zu gehen. Wenig später war dann Ruhe. Andere Gäste im Hotel haben von dieser Feier nichts mitbekommmen. Es dürfte also daran gelegen sein, dass wir leider das Zimmer direkt über dem Lokal hatten. Die Hotelleitung hat sich vielmals bei uns entschuldigt und ist uns bei der Rechnung sehr kulant entgegen gekommen. Alles gut!

וואו פשוט הכל! לקחנו את הסוויטה שהייתה ממש מפנקת למשפחה ככה שהתינוקת שלנו יכלה לישון בחדר בזמן שאנחנו נהנים מהחדר הענק שכלל עוד מיטה נוחה לראות איזה סדרה ומהג׳קוזי במרפסת. הטמפרטורה בחדר הייתה נעימה למרות הקור מבחוץ. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעולה ובטוב טעם, כולנו מצאנו מה לאכול . הצוות היה נהדר והיחס היה חם לכל בקשה שלנו אם זה ציפית נוספת לכרית או עוד מגבת. הכל היה מצויין. אחד המלונות הטובים שהייתי בהם.

المكان جدا راقي من حيث الاثاث و النظافه قريب من السنتر والبقاله العربية بالاضافة الى قرب السوبر ماركت الكبير ADEG، بالاضافة الى اطلالات بانورامية على الجبال والتلفريك وبلكونة رائعة . طاقم الاستقبال والنظافة كانوا جداً متعاونين.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für Familien zum Skifahren

Die Lage ist super. Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten die Maiskogelbahn zu Fuß. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Upgrade von einem Familienzimmer auf eine Ferienwohnung, die voll ausgestattet war und auch mit Zimmerservice gereinigt wurde. Man kann täglich die Therme Kaprun kostenlos nutzen.
