A welcoming traditional Austrian hotel let down by its hot tub / pool.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice. A traditional Austrian hotel in nice location.

Pool was cold which was disappointing after a day skiing. Beds were not great and a bit tired.

Very comfortable well-run hotel. Undercover parking for motorcycles, comfortable bed with a great mountain view from the room. Added bonus of a motor museum in the huge hotel basement.

Perfect location and facilities. Highly recommended.

The room is perfectly big (we stayed in the Comfort room option). The hotel positioned a bit out of center but not far to walk there and to cable lift. Good place to stay with your dog. Swimming pool and Sauna area - just right to have after the hiking day. And a beer in the bar (or an ice cream for kids) to finish you day. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is good with different food varieties.

All was good. I can only propose to mark the parking outside to make sure that guests are parking in order and not occupying 2 places :-)

Exceptional

The staff was exceptionally friendly, be it the staff serving breakfast, at the reception or the cleaners. The spa is well equipped. We loved the relaxation area. The lobby was interesting and dedicated to the theme of old-timer. All in all, wonderful holiday and definitely recommendable.

I was very nervous and un happy there but they don’t care cause they are busy

The room is clean and big and the decor is nice and authentic - location is good if you have a car - staff at the restaurant was super friendly and welcoming

The worst customer service I’ve seen in my entire life. - internet is slow - receptionists were not friendly specially with the kids - the first hotel in my life that charged me double the price for the same room I booked cause I have small 2 kids with me. - not even a coffee machine in the room - breakfast below average - very bad Coffee at the breakfast, the machine needs a serious cleaning - I was just not happy there - first hotel in my life the check out is at 10am, and when I asked if can have just one more hour the receptionist reminded me for the 1000 time that they are busy and refused my request - first hotel in my life they turn off the elevator at night - the reception is not 24 hours - the receptionist told me one million time that they are fully booked for every request I ask she says they are fully booked and they can’t do it, like saying in my face we are busy and we don’t care - if the hotel was 1 star I would accept this low dealing with the customers, but unfortunately it’s 4 stars and don’t worth it

I stay 6 nights in Vötter’s , at day of check out I surprised to see someone entering my room with the key of the door (new arrival ) because I late in check out the room 1 hour ! It was so rude from the stuff to give him the key while check in is at 14:00 not 3 hours earlier

Perfect stay for an active week for skiing with perfect wellness and must-see vintage car collection

Overall the place and staff are very nice, however, the vintage car collection in the basement and the wellness section are exceptionally good. These two made our stay unique.

This hotel actually was better than we expected! very nice room and a lot of amenities at the hotel. We also got a card that gives us access to all kind of free entry / discounts in the Kaprun area, which was great! We also ate dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was good too.

Unpleasant staff, asked me to pay for a damaged blanket which was already damage before I come. It cost me 75 euros.
