Best Staff, Best amenities and Best location

Perfect for a family trip. We forgot to return one keys the hotel staff was kind to say to ship it to a later date. Free Kaprun SPA passes were the best part.

Good option for skiing in Kaprun

Apartment was spacious, clean and well equiped. We even received a free upgrade for a bigger apartment for no additional costs (low season and few guests). We really appreciate the option to use Tauern Spa with great saunas. As well as unlimited free public transport all around Salzburg region. Very nice and helpful owner.

Only one small thing - one of the pillows was too big, I couldn't sleep on it (had to use towel instead).

Cant imagine better place to stay when you want to ski at Kaprun

Almost everything was perfect. Apartment is huge, very clean, with great service such as terrace, gril, ski room,... Ski bus stop 1 minute from apartment.

If I would be picky, there could be more kitchen ware such as pots and pans (if large family rent the apartment for whole week they need to manage pots wisely).

Superb

Friendly and welcoming host. Well appointed, spacious and functional apartment. Good sized fridge. Fast, no worries wi-fi. Ample parking space right at the door. Hot water. Bidet! Washing machine. Well appointed kitchen - ceramic cooking surfaces etc. Problem-free check-in. Nice mountain view. Nice living area with good chairs and good table. And all of that at a very competitive price point for the location. You can stay here for a week with a family no problem. Overall, we're very happy and would not hesitate to return.

Careful with the vaulted ceilings on top floor as they get relatively low towards bed headboards and you may hit your head if you don't pay attention :-)

Location: The property is very close to the ski slopes, there is a bus stop outside the property (50m) that takes you to the ski slopes Apartment: very clean, hot, perfect size for a group of 5, kitchen fully equipped, towels provided

A very nice appartment right under the Kitzsternhorn. A great garden with garden furniture and overall a very nice place to stay and to explore amazing surroundings. Host is super nice and kind!

It was totally amazing. The owner was friendly and apartment was awesome . We really enjoyed. We will stay there again for sure. Highly recommended!!

Good location, clean, comfy beds, great deal for Tauern-Therme

Interiors feel a little outdated, some essentials are missing that you might find in other vacation apartments (make sure to bring salt, dishwasher tabs, etc.)

Exceptional

Everything perfect. Very spacious and well equiped. Hosts are kind and give advice what to see and visit. We've got cards to Tauern spa for the whole stay (adult 40Eur, kids 20 Eur). In the covid time the host arrived every second day to make covid tests. Very good communicatin. Christian speaks german and english, his wife is Czech.

Nice appartement for a family with kids and dogs

Big appartement with all necessary appliances. Easy commute to main attractions from a bus stop just 100 m away. Washing machine is an apartment is a big plus. No additional payment for a pet.

The property has a good location, just 10 minutes drive to Kitzsteinhorn ski resort or to Zell am See on the other direction. The nearest shop is about 2 minutes drive. There is a spa and also a cinema in Kaprun. It is an ideal place for ski holiday. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. There are 3 bedrooms, enough space for 6 or 7 people (we were 5).

Sympatyczny właściciel - czekał na nas z uśmiechem pomimo, że przyjechaliśmy późnym wieczorem z opóźnieniem. Miło było dostać w cenie wejściówkę na basen. Do sklepu (Billa) można dojechać samochodem w 2 - 3 minuty. Apartament zlokalizowany wśród domów jednorodzinnych, na uboczu (spokój i cisza), do centrum miejscowości do 5 minut jazdy samochodem. Miejsce parkingowe przed apartamentem przy ulicy w cenie noclegu.
