Fabulous location, beautiful hotel and the staff were so nice.

The BEST LOCATION EVER for ski in Austria!! This is a 5 star Hotel , with the most beautiful chalets!! We stayed in 306 . Clean , comfortable with excellent facilities. The breakfast was very good “ even with champagne “ The dinner “ 4 course “ was out of this world… compliments to the chef . The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything!! Thank you for helping us with the ski hire… excellent!!! The spa with the amazing pool , took our breath away!! Wish we could go back tomorrow!!

We loved everything !!! Perhaps the Hotel can organise a FREE TAXI service for guests… to go up and down from Zaglgut Chalets to Kaprun ??

The room was well designed, very big, with big bath and a private sauna. All the rooms has a view and this is a genius architecture design. We had a pool bag with towels, there’s also eco friendly Shampoo and body lotion. There’s a small terrace to drink coffee/ to eat. The breakfast was very good and with big variety of food. You can also order omelettes/boiled eggs/ scrambled eggs/pancakes/porridge from the kitchen. The stuff we’re very friendly. The swimming pool has amazing view (indoor and outdoor) and there’s also sauna area with wet and dry Finnish sauna.

It was the perfect place for a big family with different ages and interests.

cold pool water.... cold in spa... first night there was no guests in hotel and our room was so cold... they probably tried to save some money on energy expenses... after when other quests arrived temperature in room was good...
