Best holiday ever

This was a once in a lifetime trip for my family. Absolutely amazing. Ski in ski out, nude saunas, amazing meals, breakfast buffets, 1st runs every day, party vibe until 4.30pm. It was absolutely brilliant. The room 309 was the bees knees. Amazing lighting, the view, comfy beds and super modern facilities. Would have liked a kettle as hot water was hard to find for a cup of tea.

The information on what the kids could eat at dinner would have been helpful. There were not any kids options at the amazing 5 course chef prepared dinner. Us adults were in heaven but the kids were not that impressed. We ended up feeding them up more at lunch so they wouldn't be so hungry at dinner.

Spa was super nice, room was amazing with lovely views. Dinner was fantastic. Schnapps Hans bar area for hotel guests is really great.

Paid parking area completely snowed in, not taken care of. Took us an hour to get out. Would be good to be able to get at least a snack between 4.30 and 19.00 if necessary.

Truly spectacular experience on top of the world

The hotel and the staff were excellent throughout, what a wonderful location, all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Gary, the hotel is immaculately clean so great credit to housekeeping too and food stunning too so bravo to the chefs also. Everyone makes this hotel a true delight to be at with breathtaking views. Exceptional five course evening meal too

Spectacular views and easy ski in ski out for a great family stay!

The location of the hotel is second to none. Fab 360 views of the alps. Easy ski in ski out facility. Loved the recommended morning ride before breakfast.

The rooms lacked a few essentials such as a tea maker and a small fridge. The ski room for storage was a little small, compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

Food was exceptional. Full spread of options available for breakfast - continental, bacon, eggs (prepared however you like), omelette station, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, tea, herbal tea - you name it. Dinner was even better. 5 courses every single night - 6 on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. All beautifully presented. The hotel itself was stunning. The rooms are a fusion of traditional wood in a very modern style. Exclusive bar area just for hotel guests. Bar staff were also fantastic. Very welcoming and attentive.

Honestly, nothing. I'd go back tomorrow if I didn't have to return to work in the new year :)

Another Wonderful Stay

Breakfast is very good. You can't beat the mountaintop location where you go down before you go up. No crowded lines at the bottom. Staff was nice and responsive.

It would be nice if the tram ran later than 1630. If you hit a traffic jam on the way, you might have some trouble. Give yourself time to get there.

Perfect location for ski lovers.

There is no ski rental shop at the hotel. If you need to rent ski equipments , you have to go down town by cable car. It takes about 7 minute for one way.

Traumhaft schön

Die Unterkunft war wirklich traumhaft! Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es noch einen Pool gegeben hätte, aber das war uns im Vorfeld ja bewusst, dass keiner Vorhanden ist . Das Essen und das Personal waren spitze, und die Aussicht ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wie kommen gerne wieder!!!

Super nettes Personal, tolle Zimmer. Blick ist atemberaubend. Frühstücksbüffet ausreichende Auswahl,Abendbrot ist die Auswahl an 3 Menüs möglich… Für jeden was dabei.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Das Frühstück, wie das Abendessen waren sehr gut. Der Chef und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und helfen einem weiter, wenn man Fragen hat. Der Wellnessbereich war gut. Man wird immer mit der Seilbahn zum Hotel und ins Tal transportiert.

Im Zimmer vielleicht ein größerer Tisch oder Schreibtisch und ein zweiter Stuhl oder Sessel. Im Wellnessbereich vielleicht ein Whirlpool und Chitons für die Wassermassage. Leider konnte ich die Massage nur einen Tag nutzen und am anderen Tag gab es leider keine Chitons.

Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist wirklich großartig – von unserem Zimmer aus konnten wir einen wunderschönen Blick genießen. Auch die Zimmer selbst sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sorgen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Sauna, die nach einem langen Tag perfekt zum Entspannen ist.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Leider konnten wir das Gleiche vom Abendessen nicht sagen – es hat uns nicht geschmeckt und entsprach unserer Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau, das man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartet.

Schmittenhöhe

Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Schmittenhöhe und hatte dabei leider Pech mit dem Wetter (Regen, Wolken, daher keine Aussicht). Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, unser Aufenthalt war dadurch aber nicht so wie erhofft. Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Fotos modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war an der Rezeption wie auch im Restaurant sehr freundlich. Gute (wenn auch nicht überragende) Auswahl beim Frühstück. Insgesamt wirkte das große Haus ein wenig verlassen, vermutlich geht es im Winter aber anders zu. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht besucht.

Als wir erstmals ins Zimmer kamen, war die Balkontür bei recht frischen Außentemperaturen weit geöffnet, das große Zimmer daher viel zu kalt. Man hat uns zwar einen Heizstrahler zur Verfügung gestellt, wirklich gemütlich ist es aber nicht mehr geworden. Das Abendessen war leider nicht sehr gut.

Wyjątkowe miejsce

Wyjątkowa, nipowtarzalna lokalizacja, bardzo smaczne śniadania i obiadokolacje. Nie tylko smaczne, ale obfite i finezyjne. Praktycznie po 17.00 (po ostatnim kursie kolejki na dół) goście mają góry tylko dla siebie. Spokoj, cisza, przyroda i przepiękne widoki. Pomocny i bardzo uprzejmy personel. Zdecydowanie niepowtarzalne miejsce.
