Understaffed at the restaurant at lunch time. Food lunch at the restaurant and the dinner, could have been a bit better quality. Breakfast was very good. The beds should be changed for better madresses.

View Christmas eve dinner vibes and dinners were better than previous reviews Staff worked very hard throughout festive season during our stay! Shout out to Simon, Ivano and Silvester and others who maintained a cheering vibe despite working on Christmas eve , day and boxing day! In Austria the most important dinner appears to be Christmas eve not Christmas day dinner as it is back in England
No mini bar in those beautiful rooms! Not even water bottles! You were charged for tap water for dinner at the restaurant!!!!! Breakfast could be managed better with better varieties! The fact that your last ascend is 4:30 pm and also you are advices to plan your trip to arrive at info-centre by 3 pm latest for check in!!!!
