Disappointing Stay – Poor Value for Money

I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent stay was far from what I expected based on the property’s description. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience frustrating. • Wi-Fi: Simply did not work at all during my stay, which made it impossible to do any online work or even basic browsing. • Noise levels: My room faced the main street and was extremely loud at night. I had to sleep with earplugs, and even then, the noise from passing cars and guests talking loudly on the balcony after midnight made it hard to rest. • No air conditioning: I understand it’s a mountain area, but summer days can get hot. With the balcony door closed (to block the noise), the room became stuffy and uncomfortable. • Electric car charging: I asked to charge my car and was told to do so after 8 pm because it was “supposed to be cheaper.” I was not informed of the actual price beforehand, and I was shocked to be charged €35 for 19 kWh. If the intention was for me to unplug it at some point, I should have been told so — expecting guests to wake up in the middle of the night to disconnect the car is unreasonable. • Parking: Spaces are very tight. If you have a larger vehicle, be aware there’s a high risk of accidental bumps from less experienced drivers. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the summer card provided by the hotel was appreciated for exploring the area. However, the lack of transparency on certain costs, the poor soundproofing, and the absence of basic comforts made this stay poor value for the price paid. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

We paid the value of water upon leaving the hotel knowing that we were not notified that it was not free, 6 cans for 30 euros!. Don't forget to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door, otherwise the room service staff will wake you up.

Top hotel, top staff, top location

The staff were extremely friendly and very nice - they always had a smile for us. The evening meal was exceptional! The morning Cappuccino was good from the automat and you can take as many as you need. We had a most wonderful Gala Sylvester party at the hotel - it rocked! we had a brilliant time.

The 'English style' breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausage) could have been a little warmer. The plates were not warmed either at breakfast so that everything was quite cold once you sat down.

A very spacious room with beautiful views and a super comfy bed. The pool and saunas were great after a day of skiing. Great breakfast options.

Moc jsme si to užily.

Velmi milé překvapení, pohodlné veliké postele, pokoj veliký s křesly, snídaně bohatý výběr. Wellness prázdné, velmi příjemné. Zastávka ski busu přímo u hotelu. Nabídka i večeří. Parkovacích míst byl za našeho pobytu dostatek. Líbil se mi i rezervovaný stůl při snídaních na číslo pokoje.

Træls med toilet i et lille rum, og så skulle ind i et andet for at vaske hænder. Under booking står der hunde er velkomne, og da jeg skriver at vi har en med, svare de at små hunde er velkomne, der havde vi betalt igennem booking.com. Vores hund er stor og rolig, men de var nu flinke, og bød ham velkommen alligevel. Men obs. til andre med hund.
