I liked how good the host was. They were so nice to us. Helpful and kind.

As Arab people , we like to vary the breakfast. It was not that bad, but breakfast was always the same .

Spectacular view and place

The view is spectacular and the main reason why you should book this place. The hosts are a sweet couple which treated us very well. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Also big bonus is the summercard which is included in the price. Otherwise, the room is pretty basic and maybe needs some improvements in the bathroom.

Felt like at home

We enjoyed our stay at Jaga Hias. Room was spacious and clean with balcony and wonderful view at Kitsteinhorn. We could see the mountain from the bed. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Owners are very nice and helpful. They gave us advise on trips and gave us tips we would never thought of. We could also store our bikes safely. We would definitally like to come back.

Exceptionel pension in Kaprun

Very nice pension in the middle of Kaprun, surrounded by variety of restaurants. Parking place is big just in front of pension. The room was quite big with comfortable bed, a lot of pillows and nice bathroom. The view from the balcony was exceptionel. The breakfast was great, the host always asked us coffee or team and if we would like to have eggs for breakfast. Everything was great and we will definitely come back

Great host and nice B&B

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the breakfast was generous. All in all we had a great time.

We definitely recommend using a car in this area, it’s the easiest way to get around.

Astonishingly beautiful hotel and very welcoming owners

The hotel building and the room really looks better in the real life than on photos, views are great and there is a large private patio. It is very traditional and very Austrian with a slight historic touch. There were some minor ergonomic issues (e.g. door does not fully open because of a chair, it is difficult to wash face because of a too large shelf over the sink etc.), however these are easily offset by warmth, kindness and professionalism of the hotel owners who were most accommodating. Parking is no problem. Breakfast is great. And there are snacks, wine etc. available for purchase at the hotel. Location is perfect, near very good restaurants, yet very silent. We would gladly go again!

Summer vacation 2020

We had four nights with breakfast. The host couple were very friendly and service minded and welcomed us and helped to make the stay a really good experience. On arrival we were given the Zell am see / Kaprun summer card which gives free access to the local mountain railways and other sights. This provides a lot of value for money. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms were neat and clean and with access to a balcony with chairs and table and a beautyful mountain view. Refrigerator with cold drinks in the hallway for a reasonable fee. We would love to return here another time.

A little traffic noise from in room/balcony facing the road which is the city's main street. On the day of arrival, there was a foul odor outdoors, which was probably due to scars a local farmer had spread manure on the grass area just opposite the pension. On the second day, however, the smell had disappeared
