Gestresste Chefin

Großes Dankeschön an den Gondelbetreiber. Der hat mich freundlich gegrüßt und mir freundlich erklärt, dass die Gondel wegen eines Gewitters auf unbestimmte Zeit nicht mehr fährt. Wirklich nett war dann der nächste Satz: "Sobald die wieder fährt, geb ich Dir sofort Bescheid."

Erste Nacht im Auto schlafen müssen, unfreundliche Chefin am Telefon, sehr ungesundes Essen, sehr lautes Radio, keine ruhige Alm. Eher eine Skifahrermensa, die über tausend Gäste am Tag durchschleust. Vor der Anreise habe ich eine lange Mail bekommen, was ich alles zu beachten habe. Man fühlt sich wie ein Angestellter, der eine To Do Liste bekommt. Vor meiner Anreise sollte ich einige fragen schriftlich beantworten. Das habe ich getan, allerdings wurde diese Mail leider nicht gelesen, weil am Feiertag das Büro nicht besetzt ist. Nie zuvor habe ich erlebt, dass eine Unterkunft am 15. August mittags um 12 Uhr wegen Feiertag keine Mails liest. Schon gar nicht, wenn sie gefordert war. Vor meine Anreise sollte ich zudem anrufen. Das habe ich auch getan. Die Chefin selbst war am Telefon. Ein fürchterlich unfreundlicher Tonfall, sehr gestresst, ich habe immer auf einen ruhigen Ton geachtet und versucht, ihr entgegenzukommen. Ich saß im Tal bei vollem Empfang. Auf der Alm war der Empfang sehr schlecht. 35 Telefonate habe ich nun in meiner Liste. Ist das noch Urlaub? Die Gondelkarte gilt erst ab 15 Uhr und ein Check in ist nur von 15-16 Uhr möglich. So eine knappe Check in Zeit habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wegen Stau war das leider nicht machbar. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr gestresst. Ich habe ihr als Gast dann ruhig erklärt, dass ich dann im Auto schlafen muss. Ihre Antwort: ok und morgen gehen Sie zur Touristinfo und klären das mit Ihrer Gondelkarte. Aj, aj Chef? Das ist KEIN Tonfall. Es gibt einen Forstweg vom Tal bis zum Hotel. Warum zum Henker haben Sie mich im Auto schlafen und und eine Nacht lang frieren lassen und nicht geholt? Am zweiten Tag konnte ich dann endlich anreisen. Ich sollte pünktlich um 18 Uhr zum Abendessen erscheinen. So viele to dos und Termine hatte ich noch nie im Urlaub. Wir waren über den riesigen Saal verteilt einzeln sitzende Gäste. Der Radio lief sehr laut.

Heerlijk om wakker te worden met uitzicht op de bergen! Het ontbijt was heel divers, zowel voor vleeseters als vegetariërs als veganisten. Ik had halfpension en heb prima vegetarisch gedineerd met twee gangen. Behalve super tevreden over het hotel ben ik ook heel blij dat ze mij de Gästekarte Zell am See - Kaprun gratis hebben verstrekt: alle skiliften waren gratis, de kloof die ik heb gelopen ook, plus de Mobilitätskarte van Salzburgerland zat erbij. Gratis reizen met bus en trein in heel Salzburgerland!

Geweldige ski vakantie!

Heel gezellig, lekker eten, aardige mensen. Je zit echt op de piste en als je vroeg genoeg opstaat ben je de eerste! Heerlijk ontbijt en uitgebreid drie gangen diner. Wij zouden zo nogmaals boeken!

Het was voor ons onduidelijk wat de eettijden waren, en het was erg warm in de kamer.

Etwas ganz besonderes, wenn man mit den Einschränkungen des Liftbetriebs 9-17 Uhr sich arrangieren

Reichhaltiges Frühstück Modernes, neues Haus Stille, Panorama und Naturgefühl früh morgens und abends (wenn die Lautsprecher aus waren)

Keine Handtuchhalter, keine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen und Trocknen z.B durchgeschwitzer Wanderklamotten Keine Nachttischlampe Qualität des Abendessen sehr schwankend, wenig Gemüse, oft aus der Fritteuse, manchmal auch sehr lecker und ansprechend Meist permanent laufendes Radio mit Aussenlautsprechern stören die Bergidylle ( Unterhaltung des gastronomischen Tagesbetriebs für Wanderer) Laufender Betrieb ruht stark auf jungen " work and travel " Leuten, die über lange Arbeitstage klagten und teilweise übermüdet wirkten
