Room was fabulous, we were lucky to get that particular apartment, it was a low season and we were lucky. Staff was super friendly, sauna was great, heated pool was great. I could go on and on. We will definitely go back here in the future!
Honestly can't think anything! Restaurant was closed as it was off season, but there was plenty others around and we got that information before arrival!

Location, comfortable beds, space for everyone, spa and pool were great facilities to decompress at after skiing. Wonderful breakfast and kind staff

Staffs were excellent and helpful
I feel that the standard has gone down since our stay last year.
We were looking forward to dinner at the restaurant downstairs but it was closed the whole week.
We were overcharged for parking, 60 euros for 6 nights for one car.
We were also charged incorrectly for the wellness service but since it was a big group we only realised it after we checked out.
Last year we had better breakfast, station for egg and omelette but a bit disappointed with the breakfast this year.
