Great trip with family and friends!

Beautiful property at a great location. Everything you need for a good skiing holiday!

The lighting was very little so it was a bit dark.

Clean well equipped units with great staff.

2 bedroom unit available for families. Plenty of glasses, plates and cooking utensils. Helpful, friendly staff.

Shuttle service to lift was inefficient. Waited a long time, gave up and used our own vehicle the rest of the stay. Breakfast delivered to room each morning was good, but got monotonous as generally only cold cuts, cheese and buns. Could use more variety and more fruit.

goregous apartment - great spot for relax, close to ski slopes, walking distance to the center

Excellent appartment, it met all our needs for 2 families ( 4 kids and 4 adults )

Sauna could be managed different way in order to have only people who wants to relaxed there and not to have party there.

A relaxing and comfortable stay with beautiful river views and friendly staff.

The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit that was clean and well-maintained. The view over the river was truly relaxing and added a great touch to our stay. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout.

There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked during our stay.

We love every second of our ski trip. The have free private rides from Lodges to Ski resorts. Both ways. Loved the way they serve breakfast. You can eat it whenever you want! The apartment was nice and clean. Only the WiFI connection is poor…

Nice apartment, very well equipped, 2 bathrooms, nice breakfast basket with all delicious staff for breakfast. Staff is excellent, really helpful and kind! Good oportunity to wash and dry your clothes!

A bit noisy, due to the road right next to the apartment. We found the coach in the living room a bit narrow for 2 persons.

It was a nice 4 nights trip in Kaprun for skiing. Definitely will come again and highly recommended

fully equip with kitchenette and free self service laundry. Nice lower ground room with terrace. A basket of breakfast ready in front if the door every morning. Thanks to the staff prepared early breakfast as my request at 7:15am due to my skiing activity in the morning. normally breakfast will serve at 8am. Bus stop across the road within 3 minute walk.

Everything at the hotel was well organized, breakfast was served up to the room. Rooms were spacious! They even have shuttle to the ski school which was very convenient! Great experience!
