Excellent location to the Cityexpress lift and a clean spacious traditional alpine lodge.

The spread at breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, but would have helped to know what could have been cooked for you e.g. omelettes, pancakes etc. still an excellent breakfast buffet.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Really lovely hotel!

Hotel interior has character, true alpine ambiance. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a quiet area so you can sleep with windows open. SPA area was nice and relaxing with two different heat saunas. Loved the breakfast! Also the ski lift was close.

Really lovely hotel, beautiful painted exterior and excellent rooms. We didn't try the breakfast as had to leave early but looked good. Staff were fantastic

Building is beautiful, has its own parking, has elevator, a staff whom is probably the owner was very very helpful, very hospitable. the sound from the nearby stream makes sleep very soothing. This hotel also invested in many wellness in this hotel, swimming pool, sauna, gym, sleep corner and more. it’s very underused but well maintained. Room size was good.

Location is good but still a sloppy walk to the centre, lake is further down after the centre. Ok to walk but when it’s cold and with shoppings the walk gets tiring. Overall I would recommend this place. A shower curtain will be good as when showering the water gets to the whole bathroom where the WC & face basin is too

Perfect stay in Zell am See

Loved the location, out of the busy town but a short stroll down the pedestrian walkway that heads straight to the town, takes 5 mins. Wonderful pool and wellness area. Fabulous breakfast and the summer cards were a real bonus. We also had a free room upgrade to a two bedroom suite which was really appreciated. Will definitely come again.

Great hotel, superb views

The hotel was at a convenient location within walking distance to the lake and center but far enough away from the crowds. Hotel was great, clean and has a lot of facilities. Room was very spacious along with the bathroom and balcony. View was superb!

Breakfast was mid, room was a bit warm for my liking due to the wooden structure of the hotel although it was cold outside. Had to leave the doors open but mosquitos ate me alive

Nicely situated up the hill out of Zell. Very nice building, both inside & out. Decent room although the room fridge had been left unplugged when we arrived on a very hot day. Shower was a bit of an issue - impossible not to flood the bathroom. Decent breakfast save that the scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were near cold. Secure parking. Staff were friendly & efficient but might have smiled a bit more.

The hills are alive…..

Comfortable, clean and quiet this was a great choice for a couple of nights stay. Peaceful location but easily walkable into the centre. The free parking, pet friendliness and the Kaprun card made it the perfect stay. Only wish they could guarantee good weather…..

The room was a good size. The hotel was within a short walk into the town centre. The breakfast was excellent with wide choice and there was a separate omelet station. The hotel has on site parking with easy access to the hotel.

The location was good, close to the centre, breakfast was really nice. The atmosphere in the hotel is nice. Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Fabulous stay at the Hotel Georg

Excellent location, value and facilities.

Excellent location-<5mins walk from CityExpress lift and the buss stop - another 2 mins to the main bar/restaurants. Authentic Austrian hotel, staff so friendly, breakfast excellent. We used the spa/sauna facilities each day - perfect.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and had a lot of variety. The spa was exceptional. Nothing better than going to the sauna and swimming after a day of ski. I totally recommend St Georg Hotel

The room could be a bit more modern. However, the beds were very comfortable and the room was big and practical.

Really nice location

+ friendly staff + clean rooms + mini fridge in the room + the CityXpress Ski Lift is close (200-300m) + there is a bus station (Postplatz) where you can take a bus to Kaprun (660 is the number of the bus) or other directions + the wellness center is nice and clean + you can leave your ski stuff at a specific room at the base of the hotel (really nice 👍) + good food at the restaurant + breakfast is a buffet, and you have quite some options + free parking, but not really sure if there are enough places when the hotel gets crowded (there are also some covered parking lots, but for those you have to pay a fee)

- maybe some music at the pool, would be nice (not something loud, of course)

very nice staff, we could leave our car outside and change clothes in the hotel even on leaving day, so we were able to ski whole day then quickly pack and depart

very cold room, we set cooling machine on max but anyway, one could get sick
