Great location for skiing, very comfortable and modern apartments and great buffet breakfast

This was a fantastic location for skiing, within walking distance of the CityXpress lift and close to the town and local Spar. The apartments were very comfortable and modern with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Would definitely come again!

Perfect location to Skilift, restaurants/bars, supermarkets, train station. Amazing staff at reception, super helpful and always smiling. Very good breakfast. Washing machines and tumble dryers are at the service of the guests and came in very handy.

Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, but reception would always provide new towels etc.

The property is in such a good location for lifts, supermarket, bars and restaurants The breakfast was a real bonus which saved time buying food and clearing up - there was always plenty of food and a really good selection

Memorize Stay

Location : Very near from the Zell Am See train station and bus stop .Easily distance walking to the lake . Apartment was big enough for 3 persons with all facilities needed .In the reception desk gave us the sommer card which is really a very good option to see all attractions and for a trip to Salzburg . Wishing to repeat it again .

Exceeded my expectations, spacious and clean place

A very lovely place. The room I was given was very spacious and looks much larger than the pictures. 2 separate spacious rooms and 2 separate bathrooms were awesome. Sofa bed was really comfy, but the pillows were a bit too soft. The whole place was really clean and staff were friendly. I was able to get the Zell am see summer pass on the Zell am see Kaprun App before even heading to the accommodation. Even though there was a hiccup but it was quickly resolved. The wrong pass was given to us on the app, and I was rejected at the Schimittenhohe Cable cars, the staff there told me my card was a guest pass but not the summer pass. We called the hotel, and the correct summer pass appeared in my app after awhile. Thank you so much for the fast action.

The drain for the standing bath was a bit slow, and there was a mild sewage smell. Loved that there was a fan provided, however it would be great if the fan can be cleaned as it was a bit dusty.

Pleasant stay but need to improve on details

The lighting at V102 is very dim. You saw shadows all around. Absent of USB charging points. Lack of instructions how to use the heating system.

Extremely nice place to stay in Zell am See

The location was good, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was big and the kitchen had almost everything that was needed. The breakfast that was served was also very good. The hotel also had washing machines and dryers free for use, if you have gel tabs for the machine (it only allows gel tabs, if you don't have any you can buy one from the reception desk). Using the dryers is free.

Having said that, the room wasn't clean enough - I could see they didn't clean that often underneath the sofa as the floor below it was dusty and had some items that weren't mine. Speaking of the kitchen - it had utensils and dishes and pots and basically everything needed. But, no dish soap and sponge. I had to buy these myself so I could use the dishes more than once (the hotel provides 1 tab for the dishwasher), how hard can it be for the hotel to provide a dish soap and a sponge for each room? Also, the receptionist leaves at 20:00 and there's no one there anymore, so in example if you happen to want to switch your towels at 20:30 you've got no one to talk to and ask (and you obviously won't call the hotel's emergency number just for that).

Very good location - central Zell am See, but further from the noise of the streets and the train tracks. Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a nice place to sit outside. Good breakfast. Friendly staff at the reception. Underground parking (costs extra).

The location of the apartment was very nice. Amenities were good and when asked everything was provided which was great.

There was no broom or something to clean the apartment given if you are staying for long you can clean yourself.

Great stay – super clean place, great location, loads of extras, and really lovely staff!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was very modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean – honestly the nicest place I’ve booked in years. We stayed for three days while doing some active outdoor family stuff, and it was perfect for that. The place is part of the summer card program, which was a huge bonus – free public transport, beach access, cable cars, and more. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. We were even able to check in early, and everything was already sorted, including the summer cards. Super smooth experience.

Terrible Experience .Would Never Stay Here Again

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was unprofessional, as the receptionist asked me to manually fill out activity details for my companions, which is completely against basic security procedures and should have been handled by the staff. The situation worsened when we discovered that there was no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel. Despite our repeated requests for fans due to the unbearable heat, the staff refused to provide any support. We were given two rooms with a direct view of the hotel’s garbage area, which was honestly the worst view I’ve ever seen at any accommodation. The rooms themselves were connected but filthy, clearly not cleaned properly, and the entire property felt old and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there was no way to reach hotel staff after hours. The emergency contact number provided was either wrong or completely fake, making it impossible to get help if, for example, you lost your room key or arrived late. Overall, this hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality, and I strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Excellent buffet breakfast. They also had gluten-free bread. Cooked vegetables were a highlight. The dry and wet saunas were wonderful.

The best hotel breakfast our group ever had! Great sauna room after day of skying. Super close to the lift and ski bus station.

Staff was rude and not helpful. They responded with snarky comments to some of our questions which is unacceptable and ruined our stay.

It was a very spacious apartment (2 bedroom & living) for a family with 2 teenage kids. We had a nice surprise to receive the Summer travel card, which allowed us to visit many attractions (20-30) for free. The breakfast was various and more than enough. We had parking spot right in the building for no extra cost.
