Fantastic. Can thoroughly recommend.

Clean, modern apartment. Good facilities. Great location. Comfortable beds. Good supply of bin bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. Parking on site.

Location was great. Staff were very helpful, despite some dramas. Beds were comfy.

The dishwasher was leaking and the sink plug didn’t fit the sink so we couldn’t do dishes. (It was fixed/replaced quickly.) The heated towel rail was not working. It was fixed same day but the following day it was not working again. There was only one remote control for 2 televisions. We were not able to change the language on the tv or stream any platforms. The rubber on the shower door made it difficult to close.

Very bad taste in my mouth. Never going back.

Clean, large apartment.

Had to leave 1 day early in a hurry for personal reasons. Put all garbage in the bags in front of the door. The lady at the front desk had me go upstairs, take the garbage to the dumpsters or she would t give me my deposit back. Mind you… this is something the cleaning lady can do without a problem when she cleans the room.

Perfect location and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay

We were in Zell Am See for the Ironman 70.3, the location was perfect as the finish line was just a few minutes walk away, as was the railway station. The staff were very helpful and friendly both in the hotel and La Locanda restaurant which is attached to the hotel.

Wonderful location and easy accessible to Kaprun glacier 3000 and other places.

The location is perfect for easy access to all sites. Very accessible to train and bus station. Summer card is an additional bonus that reduce our cost on visiting most of the key places.

The staff was not aware that we have a parking space allocated and didn’t bother to check in first place. Without prior checking she charged us 6£ per day. However after showing the proof she refunded the money. But it’s unfortunate that she was not aware of this basic in first place.

the room is so small , dark and inconvenient at all , the services is below zero , no services at all , change the towels with money never seen it in any hotel, no cleaning to the room, we have to take the garbage out everyday . never seen like this and the hotel is very expensive , zero value for the money .

Everything. Every room has its own bathroom and the living room is luxurious and spacious. It also has a larg balcony and it’s near the bus station. Best hotel in zell am see!

Weak service and guidance upon check in,towels were restricted to one piece for each gust, bed sheets upon request and extra charge. Laundry was a miss and only 2 machines and instruction is misplaced. We expected a comfort but unfortunately we didnt.

Highly recommended

The apartments are centrally located with most of the restaurants and bars only 5-10 minutes away. The nearest ski list is also 10 minutes away (walking in ski boots). We were upgraded to a superior family suite which was huge and had a wrap-around balcony giving great views of the mountains. Comfy beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (except a toaster) and super underfloor heating made our stay very enjoyable.

The rain shower was missing a few rubber nipples and therefore did not work.

Good continental breakfast included with hot egg. Room very comfortable was perfect for us. Would not recommend cooking in room as smoke alarm very sensitive & large fine if it is set off . Decent WiFi Accessible by rail with station 2 hundred yards from hotel

Smoke alarm too close to cooker. Very little English TV just news channels. No USB sockets so don't forget your adapter
