I loved everything about this property, from the warm welcome by the hosts, Elisabeth explained everything for me to maximise the time. The room was comfortable with a modern bathroom. My room had a lovely balcony with lake views which was so relaxing to sit and enjoy.
The breakfast was plentiful and the service offered was warm and friendly. A nice pool and sauna area, a good way to unwind after a busy day sightseeing.
A great location too, walkable to all parts of town. I stayed in summer but would love to come back in winter given the ski lift proximity.

Which is good
Breakfast was not good. I stayed for 3 days. I tried it only once and too days was outside because I didn’t like it. The are not providing slippers.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is run by a very friendly and welcoming family, which gave the place a nice and personal atmosphere.
One of the best memories was watching one of the World Cup football matches together with the hotel family and other guests. It was a really nice experience.
Breakfast was very good, around 8/10, and the location is great. They also provide pickup and drop-off from the train station, which was very convenient for us.
They even have room with Shattaf in the toilet ;)
Definitely one of my favorite hotels from the trip.

Just great! I loved the place. Spotlessly clean and quiet. Lovely ambience. Super nice views. The bartender, Agnes, figured out the drink I wanted and made it for me. It was perfect. They offered a complementary ride to the station. I will be staying here every time I visit Zell am see
