All in all, it was not really worth the money.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

The location was good, but the nearby gondola was out of order for two days, so we had to take the bus. Since the building had no elevator, we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. While the sauna is quite small and gets crowded easily, it does get very hot, which was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was below average

Nothing really. Not much of a bar (quite nice to have a beer in your hotel after skiing but it wasn’t open much). Sauna is small but ok, functional without being truly relaxing.

A reasonable 3 star hotel in a very good location within walking distance of the railway station.

Location in centre of Zell, decent breakfast

Stairs were difficult to manoeuvre with cases, although the young lady carried mine up 1 flight for me. When ascending to second floor the light did not come on until you were almost at top of stairs.

Central location. Close to ski hire, gondola and bars. Lake was a short walk away. Ski storage at property was very handy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect staff!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful. On the checkout day they allowed us to use the sauna and take shower in the evening even though we have to check out in the morning. We need to go to the hospital one night and they were super helpful in that situation as well. They called us several times during the night to check if we are okay. The breakfast was also very nice. Also if you want to go for skiing, it was very close to the cityxpress. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Amazing skiing area Zel Am See - Kaprun

Great breakfast, clean and spacious room, sauna area for free. Great reception and parking. Walking distance to CityExpress ski lift. Great area for skiing. There is a ski bus to Kaprun skiing area nearby available for free.

Great functional hotel with nice details

Perfect location for the ski lift and just by the town centre but far enough away from the noise of the bars. Decent breakfast, sauna is great to use, very convenient ski storage by the entrance inside. Staff are super friendly, rooms are spacious, clean.

Rooms can be a little stuffy, must get pretty hot in the summer. There was some noise from the busy road but not too bad. We didn't get a view but I imagine the rooms towards the back have nice scenes of the mountain and lake

The breakfast had excellent variety and beautifully set out Location was close to shops and lake but at the same time it was quiet The staff were friendly and welcoming The room was roomy and comfortable

The parking is advertised as private at the top of the introduction of the facilities but it should also state that it is at a cost not at the bottom of it Not to have access to a firmer pillow as they were kept by staff and they were already gone home when I realised I needed a firmer pillow

Neat, tidy, clean are words that come to mind. Breakfast very good with friendly helpful staff. Location can hardly be better when visiting ZaS. Own parking lot easily accessible.

great location - 5 mins walk in ski boots to the nearest lift! it's always nice to have a sauna after skiing! breakfast was also good.

the room was pretty small for 3 (although it seemed bigger on pics), the bed mattress was just awful and room had a crack in one of the walls.

Excellent vacation experience in Zell am see

Our stay was great, everything was nice and comfortable and the location is fantastic - right in town, a minute walk to the bus terminal to the cable cars and a walking distance from the train (but you don’t hear it). We arrived late and the staff arranged us a self check in which was excellent, and they were also helpful with recommendations through our stay. The room was clean and nice, not too large but good for 2 people. The shower and beds were good, pillows soft (but can request to change in the reception). The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. I would recommend this place!

A small fridge would be great, even a shared one. No elevator, but didn’t bother us.
