Design, comfort, calm, relaxing and welcoming, smiling and helpful staff. Also, very much appreciated the hotel staff care of our honeymoon stay.

Amazing hotel with amazing and caring stuff, food was exceptional, stuff was friendly and overall stay was perfect thanks to the hotel as well

I stayed on the 4th floor and water pressure for hot water was not the best, otherwise no complains

The room was fantastic, restaurant and spa staff very friendly, the pool was also nice. In particular many thanks to the restaurant staff who were always friendly and did their best.

Reception staff - unhelpful, incompetent and plainly do not care. That’s wouldn’t be acceptable for 3 star or any star hotel. We got our room much later than check in time. Reception staff kept saying it will be ‘another 20 min’, while it took hours and we got the room only in the evening. Surely this can happen. However this business, you need to know how to handle situations like this, if the guests are already there. What usually happens in such circumstances is the hotels offers something as a kind gesture- be it a free lunch, drinks on the house or something that is extra to us. It makes you feel welcome. The staff couldn’t handle this situation, we didn’t get even apology just got sent away multiple times. We also didn’t get any information whatsoever upon arrival. That’s 5 star hotel - pleases at least if we’d like to hear about the facilities. Our last e counter with reception was when they told to ring the bell ti the garage to return bicycles. No one was answering for 15 min, to which they later said ‘there was no one at the reception probably, just keep ringing’. We have avoided reception at any circumstances after that. It’s a shame because the rest of the staff is amazing.
