Nice view Zell see from the room. Good breakfast. You can get the kettle from the staff. We even cooked for our baby in the morning in microwave in the kitchen, the staff allowed us. Only issue is staff is available during breafast until 10.30AM and then from 3 PM till 6 or 7PM. No lift and we need to carry our luggage to send floor. Since it was light luggage it was okay.

Good location and a nice breakfast. The sauna was a nice addition. The staff were friendly.
No mirrors in the room, the light in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off and one bulb was blown. There was no kettle, coffee maker or fridge in the room. There were nails sticking up in the sauna in places but the sauna was nice.

The staff was friendly and helpfull, but the reception was not open much of the time. The location is beautiful, looking out over the lake, but the train passes right in front which makes a lot of noise and made it difficult for my kids to sleep.
It wasn't always possible to get help, since the reception wasn't open much of the time. The room was hot, but the loud trains passing throughout the night made it difficult to sleep with the window open, distracting from the beautiful view on the lake side of the building. The hotel provides a Zell am See Guestcard not Zell am See card. This wasn't explained clearly and lead to some frustration when trying to use the card and not receiving the discounts that I thought were included.
