extremely hot room without any method of air conditioning or at least fan. the check in is in another hotel which is 5 minutes away by foot, but in the hot summer it's really uncomfortable. additionally the staff is not available for help, and when we faced a problem because of the reception, we had to go back to where the check-in happens (in the other hotel) which means walking in the hot sun because of their mistakes, instead of having someone help us where we had all our stuff. very far from Zell Am See downtown(30 minutes by foot), and the price is TOO high for the little value

Poor

The worst value for money ever. We paid 180 per night for a 3 bed room and the one bed was a convertible chair. The room was very small for 3 persons. You have to go to another hotel to check in and there was no proper information regarding this. They just sent an email in german so when we arrived it took us a while to find this out. The room had no refrigerator and no WiFi access. There was no shampoo, just a small soap bar. A technician used his card and entered our room one morning at 08:30 without asking for our permission. This room should cost no more then 50 euros. Not recommented.
