Authentic and friendly hotel in a nive little town!

Nice hotel in the town centre overlooking the mountains. We had a big balcony overlooking the town. Nice size familyroom and the owner was very friendly and helpful!

The hotel could do with an update on the interior but was still very comfortable and pleasant.

Frühstück top, ausschlafen schwierig

Check In total unkompliziert - wenn man erst spät kommt, liegt der Schlüssel an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück war für den Preis super und man kann sich 24/7 kostenlos an dem Kaffeevollautomat (Cappuccino,Latte Macchiato und Co) bedienen oder Tee zubereiten. Ansonsten für zwei drei Tage ok, aber für einen längeren Urlaub wäre mir das Zimmer zu dunkel und alt. Bad aber neu und modern..

Wer leichten Schlaf hat wie ich, hat hier Probleme, denn das Hotel Liegt direkt neben einer Kirche,deren Glocken zu jeder Viertelstunde schlagen sowie zu jeder vollen Stunde die Uhrzeit angeben. In unserem Fall hat sie samstags morgens um 6.00 sogar ein paar Min geläutet und um 7.45 für 10 Min, da um 8.00 ein Gottesdienst war. Ich muss sagen, dass ich allerdings auch extrem empfindlich bin. Andererseits stand an der Rezeption ein Glas mit Ohrenstöpseln für die Allgemeinheit, ich denke das sagt alles. Was schade ist,weil das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sonst sehr gut ist und jegliches Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am besten vorher informieren,wann während des Aufenthalts Gottesdienste sind,kann man auf der Homepage Gemeinde sehen.

Zimmerbalkon wirkt nicht sehr stabil, Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug etwas mühsam mit Gepäck, Zimmertüre ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und schließen. Gemeinschaftsdusche gut ausgestattet, aber halt mit langen Wartezeiten verbunden. Frühstücksbuffet gut & ausreichend, der Raum halt etwas beengt. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt okay, für länger eher nicht...

Very disappointing experience – outdated, noisy, misleading photos, and not worth the money.

Absolutely nothing.

The description was misleading – it said there was parking, but in reality, there is none. The photos shown online do not represent the actual property. The building itself looks more like an old dormitory or hostel than a hotel. The rooms are extremely outdated, with creaking floors and furniture from decades ago. Toilets are shared on the floor, and the noise level is unbearable – you can hear everything from the corridor, the street, or the kitchen area, making it almost impossible to sleep. There is no staff present, and overall, the facilities are very poor. This property does not justify its price.

Die Betten waren sauber und bequem, es gab keine Gerüche. Es war schön, ein Frühstücksangebot zu haben.

Ein Handtuch war schmutzig, ungewaschen und fleckig. Wassermelone und Gurke mit einem Zwiebelmesser zu schneiden, war nicht gut. Aus diesem Grund konnten die Kinder sie nicht essen.

Mit Kinder nicht zu empfehlen. Für Radfahrer und Motoradfahrer auf Durchreise ok.

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Das war aber schon das einzig positive.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche hatte keine Tür, somit war duschen wie in den 80er Jahren. Die Brause musste man in der Hand halten, ansonsten würde das Bad unter Wasser stehen. Die Lage der Zimmer an der Straße ist nicht zumutbar da es sehr laut ist. Schließt man die Fenster, ist es sehr stickig und warm, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Die Reinigung der Fenster wurde vermutlich seit Jahren nicht mehr durchgeführt. Ebenso sollten die Spinnweben zumindest etwas reduziert werden..... Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein...

Lite trångt bland borden på frukosten. Väldigt lyhört från rummet ner från gatan, kändes som fönstren inte riktigt var stängda.

Volt egy kis probléma, ami sajnos az éjszakai pihenést jelentősen tönkretette. A foglalás estéjére(szombatról vasárnapra) a szálló utcájában falunap, ünnep volt tartva az ezzel járó hangzavarral,kb hajnali 2.00h-ig majd 6.00 kezdődött a takarítás. Reggel a tulajdonos nagyon aranyos volt, mentette a menthetőt és felkínált egy jóváírást a szállás díjából, mert tudta jól a tájékoztatást nem tette meg időben. A szállás egyébként korrekt és ár-érték arányban jó.

Motorosként egy fedett parkoló a motoromnak, nagyon jó lett volna!

Velmi příjemný pan majitel. Dobrá snídaně.

Celkově velmi opotřebovaný, na první pohled levný nábytek, který působil dojmem, že chce pan majitel na všem extrémně šetřit a maximalizovat tak zisk pro sebe. Postele vlivem nekvalitních roštů velmi vrzala při sebemenším pohybu a nedalo se kvalitně vyspat. Na toaletě chybělo odvětrávání. Dalo se pouze přesně vedle wc otevřít okno na terasu, za kterým umístěný venkovní stůl s posezením, takže by to bylo velmi nekomfortní pro obě strany … V celé budově bylo cítit “zatuchlinou”. Určitě se sem nevrátíme. Vzhledem k velmi milému panu majiteli nás velmi mrzí, že nemůžeme napsat lepší recenzi.

Super. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel pan Paweł. Czyste i dobrze wyposażone pokoje. Wspaniałe i bardzo obfite śniadanie, bywało że byliśmy w hotelach 4* i śniadanie nie było tak dobre.Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Plecam z pewnością nie będziecie zawiedzeni.

Bardzo udany przystanek w drodze do domu.

Nasz pobyt ograniczał się do przystanu na trasie Garda-dom. Na śniadaniu niczego nie brakowało, wszystko świeże i smaczne. Na plus obsługa hotelu. Bardzo miła i sympatyczna. Pan bardzo pomocny, po rezerwacji zadzwonił i wszystko wyjaśnił. Trzeba zaznaczyć że Państwo mówią po polsku, na pewno ważna informacja dla osób z barierami językowymi.

Można powoli myśleć od odświeżeniu pokoi.

Extrem laute Gastgeber die scheinbar auch dort wohnen und den halben Nachmittag lautstark am Gang gestritten haben. Da ich schlafen wollte, war das nicht schön, professionell sowieso nicht. Zu den Gästen allerdings nett und zuvorkommend gewesen.

I would definitely return to hotel on my next European adventure.

The staff were very helpful. The facility was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was a great start to the day (+10 euros). The location was also great having 3 cafes across the street from the hotel. Bruck is a great location for investigating the Alpine mountains.

Bed was making noise One single bed was placed in a very small room that you cannot even stand beside the bed There was water blockage while taking bath, so we have to take bath slowly

the staff were great and very supportive and responsive , I'd like to thank them for their hospitality and their welcoming , the room was perferct and the view as well
