Beautiful location and view (church on one side, river on the other), great breakfast, very nice family runs the place and its affordable. Everything is tidy and clean.
It would be useful to have at least a small kitchen and some kitchenware in family suite. We asked hosts for glasses and spoons and it was no problem but still no place to cook or clean the dishes.

"We had a wonderful stay at Haus Maria and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The host is exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips.
The breakfast was a true highlight—fresh, plentiful, and the perfect start to our day. Additionally, the location is ideal for those using public transport; it was incredibly easy to get around without a car. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay, this is it. Will definitely recommend to friends and family."

The location, the friendly staff, the breakfast prepared with attention.
The interior really needs renovation. It was old and therefore not clean. Fortunately the bathroom and beds were renovated already. The floors, walls and furniture really need renovation.
