Friendly staff and good location but needs renovation

The location, the friendly staff, the breakfast prepared with attention.

The interior really needs renovation. It was old and therefore not clean. Fortunately the bathroom and beds were renovated already. The floors, walls and furniture really need renovation.

Excellent stay, nice breakfast

Very convenient location, ski buses heading to the cable car stations in Zell am See and Kaprun stop right outside the front door. It is also not far from the train station, within walking distance. Nice, basic room with a comfortable bed, a TV, and also a balcony facing the river. Shared toilet and shower were clean. There is plenty of space to store your skiing equipment. A sauna is also available for guests to use too. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety to choose from including several types of bread, homemade spreads, cold cuts, cereal and other hot foods. Complimentary biscuits and beverage-making facilities were also available outside of breakfast hours. Owner of the property was really helpful and friendly. He also allowed me to store my luggage at their property after checking out.

Price is a bit high but that is expected.

Authentic and friendly hotel in a nive little town!

Nice hotel in the town centre overlooking the mountains. We had a big balcony overlooking the town. Nice size familyroom and the owner was very friendly and helpful!

The hotel could do with an update on the interior but was still very comfortable and pleasant.

Very disappointing experience – outdated, noisy, misleading photos, and not worth the money.

Absolutely nothing.

The description was misleading – it said there was parking, but in reality, there is none. The photos shown online do not represent the actual property. The building itself looks more like an old dormitory or hostel than a hotel. The rooms are extremely outdated, with creaking floors and furniture from decades ago. Toilets are shared on the floor, and the noise level is unbearable – you can hear everything from the corridor, the street, or the kitchen area, making it almost impossible to sleep. There is no staff present, and overall, the facilities are very poor. This property does not justify its price.

I would definitely return to hotel on my next European adventure.

The staff were very helpful. The facility was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was a great start to the day (+10 euros). The location was also great having 3 cafes across the street from the hotel. Bruck is a great location for investigating the Alpine mountains.

Our room was on 2nd floor and no lift which we were not earlier The pictures of room were different from the one shown on website. Bed was making noise One single bed was placed in a very small room that you cannot even stand beside the bed There was water blockage while taking bath, so we have to take bath slowly

the staff were great and very supportive and responsive , I'd like to thank them for their hospitality and their welcoming , the room was perferct and the view as well

lack of towels there were couple of smelly towels and I've requested for 2 more but the staff maybe got busy and forgot

Loved the location. The breakfast was awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy. We were very comfortable in general here. We will definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to the area.

A few extra towels would have been nice but definitely not totally necessary.

The stuff was very friendly and kind, the room very big and comfortable and was renovated with new furniture and facilities of high quality, there was a place to park your car. There was a really good view from the balcony

There was no warm water after 9 pm, there was a lot of warm water in the morning the next day. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

A lovely place to stay. The bed was very comfy and room came with balcony overlooking river. Shared toilet was clean and the hosts were really friendly. A coffee, pastry and bread were provided in the morning despite my booking not including breakfast which was most appreciated!

Exceeded expectations!

Everything I hoped for from such a place for a few days winter holiday. Great location by the river, near sufficiently well served Bruck-Fusch railway station, and with a bus stop outside too - so no car or taxi needed. Plus friendly customer service too.

When I was there, they were waiting for the electrician to return to finish fitting an extractor fan in the shower. But it was actually fine without it!

Very affordable place for €60 a night.

The price of around 60€ a night is incomparable with anything in the area. The hotel is clean and rooms have a nice terrace. You can park in front of the bank on the corner. Also the kebab they do next doors is pretty nice.

It'd be convenient if they had a room for your skiing hardware.
