Kvalitní ubytování s terasou a výhledem na jezero, restaurace přímo v hotelu, snídaně a večeře na dobré úrovni.

Ubytovala jsem se zde, protože hotel nabízel soukromý přístup k jezero ale ten jsem nikde neobjevila ani nám nebyl nabídnutý.

Beautiful family-run hotel on the lake

I enjoyed my stay very much! It has everything for a relaxing holiday - comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, terrace in the sun and a private beach (including sun chairs, parasols and paddle boards), sauna, plenty of parking space and a safe area for locking your bicycle. Absolutely stunning place. I ate dinner in their restaurant and the service was exceptional. The menu offers typical Austrian dishes with their signature and it was delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

Eine kleine Oase im Grünen

Ein privater Zugang zum See. Selbstgebackener Kuchen zum Frühstück. Ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet, wo auch Veganer fündig werden. Wer Ruhe sucht wird sie hier finden. Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr, aber meist schon früher jemand da. Blick auf den See, direkter Zugang zu Wanderwegen, innerhalb weniger Minuten in den Nachbarorten. Ich habe es genossen, weil ich mich gern zurück ziehe um meine Ruhe zu haben. Hätte keinen besseren Ort dafür finden können!

Das WLAN und der Handyempfang im Gebäude und auf dem Zimmer waren sehr schlecht.

Ein rundum tolles Paket: Großes ruhiges Zimmer, tolle Lage des Hauses, insbesondere in Verbindung mit dem Privatstrand, ein erstklassiges Restaurant mit super Küche, das Frühstücksbuffet im Neubau lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Service ist sehr freundlich und gastzentriert

Unser Zimmer hatte noch alles Teppiche. Einzelzimmer unseres Sohnes war neu und ohne Teppich.

Wir werden uns nicht wiedersehen

Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden, am besten mit dem Auto.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und lieblos, nicht einladend, schrecklich, egal ob im Restaurant oder in den Zimmern. Wir wurden im alten Gebäude unter gebracht. Wir sind als Gruppe verreist und keines der beiden Zimmer war sauber. Haare auf der Toilette, die Böden inkl der ur alten Teppiche waren wirklich abgewohnt und nicht sauber. Frau Renate, war sehr unhöflich und wirkte sehr genervt. Das andere Personal war sehr höflich und sehr nett. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am See, es ist durch eine Strasse getrennt, das ist nicht wirklich auf den Fotos ersichtlich!

Uns hat der Erlhof mit seiner fantastischen Lage mit Blick auf den See sehr gut gefallen und wir komme gerne mal wieder. Das 5 Gänge-Menü an den Abenden war immer hervorragend mit lokalen Zutaten und Spezialitäten. Der Service war sehr kompetent, aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmer im Panorama Neubau und der dortige Frühstücksraum sind sehr gut und haben eine wundervolle Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Auch beim Frühstück wurden wir sehr freundlich bedient, es war sehr reichhaltig und der Kaffee war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Hotel wird familiär und liebevoll von der Familie Brüggler geführt.

Beautiful, scenic and peaceful resort with clean and tidy rooms and a delicious simple breakfast.

Loved our experience staying in the hotel. The location is easy to find. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious! The staff were kind and courteous and helped us with suggestions. They also agreed to keep our bags until we returned from our trip a few hours after checking out, which was incredibly kind of them. Our children had a lovely time here too.

Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend; ... ich war in der Zwischensaison unterwegs da war das Frühstücksbuffet eher klein, ... aber auf Anfrage kann man alles bekommen. Ich hatte kein Abendessen im Haus. War wirklich schön dort, ich kann das nur empfehlen

Beautiful lake side hotel.

Beautiful location next to the lake. Very good dinner served at the front courtyard. We stayed in the new wing. The room is big and modern with good views from balcony. There is a private access to the lake.

The fridge in the room was not working and I have to drink a warm coke from mini bar. The dinner table was set in the lovely front yard but have to take into consideration of the sun glares strongly in summer even at dinner time. For the price it charged, the breakfast was disappointing. We can have eggs cooked to order but it was not mentioned from the waitress.

Location is great if you come by car or use bicycle all the time. Otherwise you have to walk along the lake for 20 minutes to get bus or 50 to get to Zell am See. But the walk is pleasant anyways
