The private beach, everything is new and clean.

I understand that staffing costs are being cut, but the lack of hotel staff is a major loss. This makes the hotel atmosphere very empty, no soul. Also you could do twice in turnover with drinks etc. No one to help you with any questions, to wish you a nice stay, or if you lost things to help you. No one to help you if you for example lost your card or when it's not working. When I arrived home at nighttime, my badge was not working for hours and no one could answer. Also breakfast closing at 10 is quite early and it is a bit basic.

Amazing location and lovely, serene view of the lake. I could have gazed out forever. Nice clean and good sized rooms (deluxe double). Spacious, with a comfortable bed, nice bath and a couch for evening sitting. Very clean and very quiet (well isolated). Lovely breakfast. The staff were there for that and they were super! Check in went smoothly (I've seen some complaints on being confused about how to do this, I thought it was very straightforward).

We were there during a heatwave and there is not aircondition. The room could have done with a fan. Opening windows is a no go unless you want to be mosquito food. There was a cycle race Sunday morning along the road. All well so far, but it means that you cannot access the road until it is finished. If you need to leave before 10 when it is finished you might be delayed. A warning somehow could be considered. That said, we were only delayed for hiking, and enjoyed the lake and the view.

The location was beautiful, we had a balcony room over the lake and that was stunning. The included breakfast was also great with lots of options.

There was no aircon and the parking situation was minimal for the amount of guests. It is also unstaffed so no one to ask questions to.

Anlage eigentlich modern.

Anlage dreckig und renovierungsbedürftig. Keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Gegensätzliche Anweisungen/Hinweise in Info-Mail und Aushängen im Hotel. Zimmer mit Balkon beworben. Balkon hinten raus Richtung Berg... keine Aussicht. Zimmer dunkel.
