Schönes Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht

Sehr schönes, neu renoviertes Hotel. Zimmer sehr schön mit traumhaftem Ausblick über den Zeller See. Saunabereich ebenfalls sehr schön, wir waren bei unserem Aufenthalt die einzigen, die ihn benutzt haben. Frühstück absolut top! Ganz frisches Gebäck direkt vom Bäcker. Wir haben nach unserer ersten Nacht direkt eine zweite gebucht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut unschlagbar.

Check-in wie bereits in vielen Bewertungen erwähnt tatsächlich zu Beginn etwas verwirrend. Außerhalb des Gebäudes befinden sich sehr viele Schlüsselboxen, die Info, dass die Boxen für die Zimmerkarten IM Hotel sind im Eingangsbereich könnte man ergänzen. Frühstück: hätte eigentlich ab 07:30 Uhr sein sollen, wir standen um 09:00 Uhr vor verschlossenen Türen. Wir gingen zurück ins Zimmer, um unsere Sachen zu packen und in ein Café zu fahren. Als wir dann kurz nach 9 Uhr wieder runterkamen war das Frühstück plötzlich doch hergerichtet. Wir vermuten, dass es an diesem Tag wohl irgendein Problem gab, da wir am nächsten Tag nochmals im selben Hotel gebucht haben und das Frühstück hier bereits deutlich früher bereit war. Sowas darf jedoch trotzdem nicht passieren.. Durch das fehlende Personal wirkt das Hotel tatsächlich sehr kühl und verlassen, fast Wohnhaus-mäßig.

Lage top, Preis ok, Service nicht vorhanden, nicht happy

Großes Zimmer und direkt am See

Kein Personal, keine Erreichbarkeit des Services (obwohl Mail an die angegebene Adresse verschickt wurde), Zimmer wirken sehr kalt aufgrund von der Größe und dem modernen, weißen unpersönlichen Interieur. Ein Hotel ohne Rezeption wirkt falsch, zumal man auch niemanden erreichen kann, sollte etwas fehlen. Ich habe bis heute keine Antwort auf meine Frage erhalten und wir sind heute Früh erst ausgecheckt. Wenn man in den Eingangsbereich kommt, wirkt es wie, als wenn man in einem Geister Hotel ist. Alles wirkt verlassen. Bar und Kaffeemaschine steht noch alles drin, Preise für das Abendessen (welches es auch nicht mehr gibt), als Hochzeitslocation, alles noch da, aber ansonsten keine Menschenseele.

Enttäuschend.

Die Aussicht und minimalistische Möblierung. Sehr gut Schallabsorbierung war sehr gut.

Es wahr sehr dreckig. Auf dem Bett und Boden waren Haare. Im Kühlschrank war es klebrig dreckig und leider auch Haare! Zudem hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Die Leuchte vom Schminkspiegel auch nicht.

Großes Geniessen direkt am See in Zell am See mit herrlichem Ausblick

Sehr sympathische Angestellte, die für das Frühstück zuständig waren. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den See beim Frühstück. Toller Badebereich. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Sauberkeit. Wunderschöner Saunabereich und toller Fitnessbereich.

Es war sehr schade, dass die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist. Leider war die Bar nicht geöffnet.

Läget var mycket bra, utsikten över Zellersjön var fantastisk! Rent och välstädat, mycket god och varierad frukost! Utmärkta faciliteter!

Avsaknaden av personal!!!! Ingen att fråga vid incheckning. Otydliga instruktioner eller inga alls i mailen hur man öppnade key boxen för att hämta sin nyckel. Ytterdörren fungerade inte alltid på kvällen. Det fanns ingen i receptionen som kunde öppna om inte en vänlig gäst var i närheten. Likaså var grinden till badet låst och lyste rött när nyckelkortet användes.

Ein tolles Hotel wenn man das Service dafür bekommen würde. So ist es ein B&B , dafür aber zu teuer.

Die Lage ist super und ein schöner Ausblick. Ein Badeplatz . Die Zimmer sind neu und schön .

Es gibt kein Personal vor Ort. Für alles soll man anrufen. Es gibt eine Bar aber die ist verwahrlost und alte Pizza Karton liegen herum . In den neuen Zimmern fehlt es an Kleinigkeiten und für den Preis ist das alles kalt . Es gibt einen Wellnessbereich aber keine Bademäntel. Es fehlt im Zimmer an Taschentüchern.. Man nichts trinken an der Bar obwohl Weine etc da sind aber es gibt kein Personal. Es ist alles versperrt.

Das Hotel war für uns das billigste, das uns angeboten wurde. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht. Das Zimmer war war schön groß und sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich umfassend.

Jetzt wird es uns wieder viel teurer angeboten.

Nicht wieder in diesem Hotel

Riesen Fleck auf der Couch, so dass man sich gar nicht setzen wollte, Restaurant und Bar geschlossen, kein Personal vor Ort, dass bei Problemen ansprechbar gewesen wäre, Privatstrand ließ sich mit unserer Karte jedenfalls nicht öffnen, was bei 35 Grad echt ärgerlich war

Horrible experience and Hotel's management approach.

We had no issues with check-in process when we arrived at 10pm. After we opened the room, we left luggage there and took our dog for a walk before sleep. When we returned, we could not open the door of the room because access card was not working. We've contacted Hotel's support line to find out that there was no option to open this door due to stuff absence, Hotel's representative sounded very amused by this situation and suggested to wait until the next morning. As you can see, there was a physical keyhole and I asked Hotel's support multiple times whether there could be a physical key in the building to open the door, I just could not believe that they don't have some master-key for emergencies. Then I've contacted booking.com support, spent 50 min on phone explaining that we left our luggage including passports and credit cards in the room and we had no place to sleep. Booking.com representative explained that they are only intermediary company and refused to relocate us for that night or to help to find another place with 24h reception where we could sleep. Honestly I always booked at booking.com in order to avoid this kind of situation and never expected that one day I would be left to sleep at reception.

Then we've reached local police in Zell am See, the policemen contacted Hotel's support line again and got the same reply: no options to open the door until the next morning. We had to go to another Hotel in Zell am See with 24h reception and paid 350 EUR for 7 hours of sleep. The next morning I was contacted by Hotel's representative and they advised us to return by 10am. When we arrived at 10am, we found only 2 cleaning ladies in breakfast room, they tried to open the room with their cards but unsuccessfully. I have contacted Hotel's support lines multiple times, they advised to wait until some staff to arrive. By 11am the situation got critical because our dog is eating dietary food and this food was locked in the room, his medical condition does not allow huge gaps between meals. My husband went to police again, I was still waiting for someone to open the door. When I've contacted the Hotel's support again for the 5th time and explained the situation, a lady who spoke to me just navigated me back to lockers, provided me a code and with a master-card I opened the room 13 hours after the first time I had contacted them. I was shocked because this situation could have never happened if they let me ( okay, they don't trust Guests) or the policemen know that the master-card was in the building. On top of it, they denied full refund when we explained that we were leaving immediately. I've contacted booking.com for assistance with full refund and after 1 month got no reply. Horrible experience, I stayed in apartment hotels before, I really advise to property management to replace cards by physical keys at least. I would also appreciate full refund because no one would continue their stay after being locked out for the night.

Da ist noch Luft nach oben!

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Bademöglichkeit am See ist auch angenehm. Frühstück ist sehr gut, leider werden die Rühreier etc. nicht warm gehalten.

Bar und Restaurant sind leider nicht geöffnet. Getränkeautomaten (Altersfreigabe für Alkohol) hat weder mit Perso noch mit Führerschein geklappt. Rezeption war nicht in der Lage uns eine Gästekarte auszustellen (mit der hat man freie Fahrt mit allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln).

موقعه جميل وايضا الموظفين بشوشين ومتساعدين لابعد الحدود. الافطار جميل جدا.

اتمنى كتابة اسماء او مكونات وجبة الافطار . يجب وضع مكيفات في الغرف لان الجو بالصيف حار جدا. ايضا يحتاج الفندق لاجهزة طاردة للبعوض بسبب التفاف الاشجار على المبنى ووجود كمية بعوض.

Hotelausstattung grandios, durch Neuübernahme noch kein Restaurant, aber Frühstück war super. Top modern, Fliesen Großformat, Parkettboden, super bequemes Bett, Top! Am Wc Notlicht mit Bewegungsmelder, alles durchdacht.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten kann man immer finden, sei es nur eine Fliege. Wenig Parkplätze

Le système pour récupérer le badge de la chambre est très mal fait, nous avons perdu 30mins….! Pour les prochains, il faut entrer dans l’hôtel par la porte principal face au lac, passer la réception et vous verrez les boîtes avec les clés. Plus qu’à essayer toutes les boîtes une par une….

Check-in eine Katastrophe. Nur übers Handy möglich. Dann waren die elektronischen Schlüsselkarten defekt. Kein Service am Abend an der Rezeption. Es gab nur eine Servicenr. für eine Hotline wo aber nichts passierte. Nach stundenlangen Warten wurde das Zimmer entsperrt.

Ort sehr gut und von außen sieht sehr schön aus. Frühstück war okay.

Leider hat uns bisschen enttäuscht war den Handtüchern nicht so sauber auch die Kopfkissen Im Bad gibt nur seife und abgelaufen datum:) Und bin zum Personalien gegangen habe gesagt, meinte ja und was ist wenn abgelaufen datum ist. Nicht so freundlich

Nie wieder

Die Lage und Aussicht was außergewöhnlich

Gibt’s gar kein Personal, man kriegt nur eine kleine Seife für 2 Personen und sonst nichts in Zimmer. Man kann kein Personal finden. Frühstück war schlechter als ich mir vorgestellt habe. Ein Wasserkocher statt heiße Getränke!!! Und Eier und bissi altes Salami. Würde keinem empfehlen. War hier vor 2 Jahre, er war 5* Hotel, aber jetzt ein Hostel und gute Balkon. Bin am nächsten Tag ausgereist, weil ich normal nicht Duschen könnte!!!!

Never choose thos hotel

It’s a first time for me to see such a terrible hotel. It is advertised on Booking.com with good recommendations but none of those match the reality. There’s no reception actually, they ask you to do an “online” check-in, which of course doesn’t work. I received a message in German from the hotel through Booking.com app, telling me to go to a website for a check-in. That didn’t work. Besides, I have been driving all the day and only found this message when already at the hotel. I had to call a phone number of the hotel which is published on Booking. No answer. In the meantime we met some other guests who tried to help us, because the previous day they had the same experience. Nothing works. Finally the hotel called me back after 20 minutes. They told me they will send the message in English instead of German. Not a big help. Finally, I filled out their registration form online, but nothing happened. We met another group of guests who again tried to help. They asked us how long we have been doing the check-in, we said around 30 minutes by now. They said we made a good progress. It took them one hour to get the room key from an automatic locker box, but the room key didn’t work either. After this, I just booked another hotel nearby and now will claim the money back. PS, in other visitors’ comments someone said the hotel is right by the lake, it’s not true, you need to cross a busy road to get to the lake, but then there’s no even place to sit. Parking space is very limited. Absolute disaster.

Wunderschöner Urlaub am Zeller See

Wirklich herausragendes Hotel. Es ist wunderschön und der Blick auf den See und Zell ist malerisch. Nach der Sauna sind wir beim hoteleigenen Badestrand in den See gesprungen. Auch die Betten sind wirklich ein Highlight.
