It was okay stay

We were on half board basis. Food was good. Snacks were a great bonus after day on the slopes.

Some children not supervised by their parents in the pool. This caused frustration for pool staff.

We enjoyed the food at this hotel and the views from our room.

The room was very nice with a great view. The dinners from the half board menu were delicious and the restaurant staff was very friendly (especially Marin).

1.The staff at the reception were quite unfriendly and we didn’t feel welcomed. 2. In the spa building we were not allowed to bring a stroller to the pools (not even to the outside pool) and we couldn’t go without it since our baby was only 6 months old, so we couldn’t really enjoy the spa which was disappointing.

All good, but between 11pm and 6am no where to to any work, im from oversees and a hotel this size should at least have a sitting room or lounge to make some calls as not to wake up the family, While it was snowing heavily, our son threw a few snow balls across the pool, over the loudspeaker (Dont throw snow in the pool) being publicly humiliated pees me off big time. especially when 90% of activities are closed. god forbid the kids have a bit of fun here, i wont be back

This is the perfect place after a full day on the slopes.

The wellness center was absolutely perfect, the rooms very spacious, always clean and perfect taken care of, the personal nice and polite. My family really enjoyed the breakfast time which was very rich and diverse.

maybe the dinners weren’t always gourmet but the pizza is very good.

Perfekt für die ganze Familie

Perfekt für eine Auszeit in den Herbstferien. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet, Nachmittagsjause, Grill Buffet und 4- Gänge Menü vom feinsten. Sehr viele Spielmöglichkeiten auch für die größeren Kinder. Die Pools, Fitness und Sauna sehr, sehr sauber und ordentlich! Die ganze Anlage ist in einem top Zustand. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sportcam Woferlgut - Für Familien wirklich zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel hat ein super leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, ein tolles Abendessen mit einem hervorragenden freundlichen Service. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Der Wellness-/Spa-Bereich ist sehr gut und bietet auch div. Tee´s, Obst und auch Siurp zum mischen. Der Badebereich ist sehr gut und verfügt neben einem Sprudelbecken auch über eine extra lange Schwimmbahn für Schwimmer. Eine Rutsche ist auch enthalten. Außerdem gibt es ausreichende Liegen und Ruhebereiche. Besonders positiv ist, dass Kinder auch aus der Halbpension entnommen werden können, wenn diese nicht alles essen.

Vorab kurze Führung durch das Hotel, da es eine entsprechende Größe hat und etwas "verwinkelt" ist. Vorabinformation, dass Kinder auch aus der Halbpension entnommen werden können.

Für Sportler sehr gut.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit sehr viel Auswahl. Wunderbar. Essen a-la-cart war preislich teurer als erwartet. Abendessenauswahl der Halbpension war sehr gut. Die 50m-Schwimmhalle ist natürlich ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal, die ganze Schwimmhalle ist sehr gepflegt und modern. So kann auch im Urlaub trainiert werden. Eine wunderbare Sache sind die Tickets für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, 50 Cent pro Kopf für den gesamten Zeitraum unschlagbar. Der Zug nach Salzburg braucht genau so lange wie ein Auto. Dieses Ticket versteckt sich hinter der Mobilitätspauschale auf der Rechnung. Gerne wieder.

Hatten ein Zimmer oberhalb des Kücheneingangs. Leider riecht es dort morgens und Abends stark nach Essen. Es fehlt ein Schild "Bitte nicht stören" oder ähnliches auf den Zimmern, so könnte die Zimmereiningung bereits von außen erkennen, ob sie hinein sollen. Die Wlan-Abdeckung /-leistungsfähigkeit war nicht ausreichend, sind dann auf Mobilfunk ausgewichen.

Bardzo fajnie spędzony urlop z dziećmi:)

Śniadania pyszne, kolacje bardzo zróżnicowane, wspaniałe:) Pokoje przestronne. Na terenie obiektu dostępne 4 baseny i prywatne jezioro. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zorganizowania wycieczek w góry.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr großzügigem Sauna- und Hallenbadbereich

Großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gutes Abendessen. Es bestand seitens der Belegschaft die Bereitschaft alternative Gerichte zu servieren wenn einem die Auswahl mal nicht zusagte.

Die zum Frühstück frisch zubereiteten Speisen (Rührei, etc.) werden mit Butterschmalz gemacht. Das ist für mich ein NoGo. Vielleicht sagt das anderen Gästen mehr zu ... Leider war es nicht möglich, das abendliche Dessert gegen einen Schnaps einzutauschen, was in zahlreichen anderen Hotels von Südtirol bis in fast alle westlichen Bundesländer und sogar in der Schweiz (!) selbstverständlich ist.

Ich würde für den Preis ein helleres Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und AC erwarten

Tolle Lage, der Wellness Bereich war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer sauber.

Unser Zimmer befand sich im Nebengebäude. Es hatte einen Teppichboden. Es war schlecht beleuchtet, musste z.T. die Taschenlampe vom Handy verwenden um im Kleiderschrank meine Dinge zu finden. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank/Minibar, leider auch keine Klimaanlage. Unser Fenster war auf die Seite des Kinderspielplatzes ausgerichtet, es war teilweise störend laut bis spät in die Nacht. Generell war es sehr hellhörig, WC Spülung und Haarfön vom Nebenzimmer sehr laut hörbar.
