Nice stay with good set up for kids, 7 minute drive from town center

We loved the room set up with the kids sharing their own room. Good breakfast. Saunas were great for the adults. Free parking was really easy.

The indoor and outdoor pool weren’t very warm. I incorrectly assumed one would be hot tub temperature since there was no hot tub otherwise. My kids had to be convinced to go in it…

Lovely hotel especially if you take children

We apsolutely loved it

Hotel is perfect for kids (and parents).. There is everything kids could wish for.. We got also free tickets for all public transportation in Salzburg region, which was very convinient..

Location is not very cental, but center could be easily reached by bikes or bus, so this was not actually an issue for us.. There are not many restaurants nearby, so if not included lunch and dinner require little bit planning.

Great experience

We had an issue with our motorbike and needed help communicating in German with the key service, as we couldn’t unlock the disc lock. The staff was extremely helpful and showed great determination in assisting us. They didn’t give up even after several attempts and made sure we were taken care of. I would especially like to give credit to the girls at the reception, whose kindness and persistence made a stressful situation much easier. Because of this experience, we will definitely be coming back in the future.

Sprawling family friendly complex

Loads of facilities which we didn’t have time to use! Super friendly and loved the free tea and coffee

Bit odd, two hotels linked by underground tunnel, all a bit confusing and lacked the atmosphere a bit because of this. However excellent place to stay with kids, so many facilities.

Micul dejun. Am avut de ales, în afara de mezel și cașcaval, intre oua de toate formele.

Fantastisch accommodatie met alles op loopafstand

Wij waren met 4 vriendinnen op een 4p kamer met aparte 2 slaapruimtes, ertussen zaten de douche ruimte en apart toilet en kastruimtes. Een ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht op de piste. De auto kon in de grote parkeergarage. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten maar het zag er geweldig uit met o.a. een grote wellness. Het ontbijt formidabel waar je zelfs je eigen groentesap kon maken! De ski-bus voor de deur maar de areitbahn waar ook de ski-verhuur en de lockers waren op 5min loopafstand. Onderaan de gondel van de areitbahn een leuke apres-ski maar vlakbij het hotel zat de leukste ski-bar “dorpfschenke”! Kortom een fantastische plek met een uitgebreid skigebied voor de deur en ook met kleine kinderen erg leuk. En bovenal het personeel erg zorgzaam en vriendelijk!

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft

Das Pesonal ist sowas von zuvorkommend, höflich und zuvorkommend - angefangen beim Empfang, beim Frühstücken und selbst die Reinigungskräfte!!!! Das Hotel bietet alles, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und kommen wieder 👍👍👍❤️

Veľmi slabý výber jedla na raňajky a stále to isté dokola každé ráno. Dobrý wellness, ale je vo vedľajšom hotely. Nepáčil sa nám prechod do našej izby cez jedáleň a bolo potrebné vyjsť von z budovy a aj veľa schodov bez výťahu.

Buen hotel para familias con hijos, pero no merece categoria 4*

Un gran hotel muy amplio, con diferentes ambientes y genial para familias con niños.

El recibimiento durante el checking fue mínimo; nos entregó papeles y apenas explicación de nada; contratamos una suite de luxe en el hotel de 4 estrellas, y nuestra habitación era un segundo piso sin ascensor (ni nos acompañaron a la habitación; subir las maletas fue complicado en la escalera incomoda). Además no había mini nevera en la habitación… nos dijeron simplemente que no todas tenían. La TV no era SmartTV.

الحمام بمكان ولا يوجد فيه ماء ولا مغسلة والشاور بمكان آخر منفصل عنه تماماً تسجيل الدخول صعب جداً ويأخذ وقت طويل وإذا تم الوصول بعد الساعة الخامسة مساء ستجد الباب مقفل ولازم تتصل فيهم إلى أن تأتي موظفة من فندق آخر وبعدين يعطونك قسائم تستخدمها في النشاطات وركوب القوارب والتنقلات خذها وأرميها على الفور لأنه ما أحد رح يقبلها منك كذب ودجل لاترسل ثيابك للغسيل لأنه إذا بترميهم وتشتري غيرهم أوفر وأرخص ولا يوجد أسعار للغسيل

Une soirée étape réussie !

Un espace 2 chambres au top, l'accès au sauna, hammam, piscine intérieure, un parking couvert, petit déjeuner très bien.

L'attente à l'arrivée d'une personne qui n'est jamais venue mais après nouvel appel tout s'est arrangé... Emplacement moyen. On aurait aimé connaître les animations en ville, notamment le spectacle de lumière sur le lac, heureusement tombé dessus par hasard.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön. Speziell die beheizten Wasserbetten im Ruheraum haben wir gerne abends genützt.

Leider hatte die Bar nicht geöffnet. Und es ist sehr schade, dass die Zell am See Card nicht dabei war. Wir haben zusätzlich ziemlich viel Geld für Gondeln und Schifffahrt gebraucht.

Čisté prostorné pokoje s čistý prostorným sociálním zařízením, sprcha i vana. Pohodlné matrace Vše je zde nové. Káva a pití po celý den a noc. Máte dva kávovary výběr z několika druhů, pití máte vodu a několik příchutí 12 stojanú, múžete pít do libosti. Výhoda natankujete si pití sebou na pokoj nebo i cestu do vlastní láhve. Bazén vnitřní i venkovní u nich lehátka. Fitness vedle venkovního bazénu. Sauna nádherná, Velice příjemné místo po dlouhé túře. Vždy čisté ručníky jak na pokoji tak u bazénu či v sauně. Pěkné posezení jak uvnitř pro snídani tak i venku. Velmi přátelský personál. Snídaně několik druhů pečiva, sýr, vejce, salám, jogurt, ovoce, zelenina atd.

Pozor na schod vedle baru kde je stůl, schod není označený a můžete lehce přijít k úrazu jako má žena která zde spadla a zranila se. Má zlomené rameno, nic příjemného. Dávejte proto pozor, personál nebo vedení by mělo tento schod zviditelnit, třeba reflexní páskou. Vchodové dveře do pokoje mají samozavírače, před dovrením zrychlí a prásknou, je to dost velký hluk od všech pokojú.

Pobyt nastawiony głównie na narciarstwo i na wypoczynek w strefie relaxu,którą obiekt zapiewnił.

Bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Możliwość przygotowania soków samodzielnie jest strzałem w dziesiątkę. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Od narciarni na przystanek- 90 kroków. Polecam obiekt !

Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien

Sehr kinderfreundlich, genialer Kinderspielbereich, sehr geräumiges Familienzimmer, top Getränkeangebot, große Auswahl beim Frühstück und sehr viel Platz zum Frühstücken, sehr freundliches Personal; Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Leider war es im Badezimmer/WC teilweise kalt. Wir haben den Heizkörper oft eingeschaltet, ums im Bad warm genug zu haben.
