Perfect stay in a lovely guesthouse!

It was quiet and peaceful, with a large bedroom and great hosts. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options. It had a ski and snowboard room which was perfect and only a short walk to the slopes, bus stops, restaurants and bars. Great value for money.

Very cooperative owner, near bus station, clean room, nice breakfast, daily cleaning, fridge in the room wide room with 3 windows and mountain view, summer card is very helpful.

There is no kettle in the room, but there is one for common use in the kitchen. Breakfast is nice but could be more variable.

Great location and hosts, lovely 20 min walk along the lake from Zell Am See centre...on Bus route to Kaprun,local train line to Krimml waterfalls and easy access to the nearby cable cars Crazy golf in the garden too and nearby restaurants if not wishing to walk to Zell Am see

It was a lovely stay and we had everything we needed for a fabulous ski trip.

The room was large, light and comfortable. Three of us were sharing - two children and one adult - and there was plenty of space for us all. The breakfast was excellent. A classic Austrian buffet, with a selection of really good breads, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, ham and cheese. We were also offered boiled eggs every morning (in beautiful hand crocheted cosies!) and the owner kindly catered for my need for lactose free products. It's a really good clean, comfortable and welcoming bed and breakfast, just a short walk from the Areitbahn lift to the ski runs.

Breakfast was great. Choice of meats/ cheese/ pate/ jam and selection of breads. Also cereal, fruit and yogurts available. The best boiled egg in quaint crocheted chicken cover!

After a week it was becoming a bit 'samey' but that would probably apply anywhere!

Accommodation is outstanding, hygiene is on high level, accommodation was in perfect order, Owners are amazing and helpful, object is decorated in Alpine & Mountain style which makes it very cosy. Central, everything reachable by walk, amazing Wellness 2 minutes walk from the accommodation

NIce place for an early autmn holiday for a couple with friendly owners

Very nice owners. Fresh food for breakfast, home-made jams, egg. Good advise for programs. The Zell-am_see/Kaprun summer ticket is a real present - in this periode of the year we could use it for 16 attractions free of charge. The room is spaceous. The whole Pansion is very clean.

Based on the picture on booking, we thought it would be a separate building outside the settlement. In reality it is among other buildings. However it did not disturb us. Some comments were made on the neighbouring train line, the limited time for breakfast and the limited sortiment for breakfast. The breakfast time is 7:30-9:30 was OK for us. The train line is close, but almost no traffic (Pinzgauer Lokalbahn), and we did not hear any disturbing noise. Reagrding selection of breakfast, we disagree, it was always tasty and various seleczion of different food.

Short trip to change the scenery

Hosts were kind. Cleaning was super. The location itself is very nice, except only the thing that it is right next to the railway. Walking distance from Zell am See and from the main places of interest.

During the day, there is a train passing by every 1 hour, I think, nothing critical just annoying. I know that I don't need Wi-Fi on vacation, but anyway, it was slow. Breakfast were quite limited (no sausages, no scrambled eggs), I'm not saying it was bad, but do not expect much. No fridge in the room.
