Brilliant hotel and facilities for ski season- exceptional value for money.

Absolutely loved our stay here from start to finish. Staff are friendly, room was spotless on arrival. Has a very family orientated feel to it despite being a chain hotel. Our room was huge and each room has its own sauna (which on doing our own research of the area and surrounding resorts is incredibly rare for hotels in this price point). Breakfast was really good and huge variety of stuff. Ski lockers easy to operate and access. Shuttle service to and from the main lift in Zell is also a brilliant extra as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful place

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment, which was huge and the view amazing. Will miss waking up here everyday. The staff could not do enough to help and the shuttle service to the ski lifts was always quick and professional. The hotel is immaculate and there was so much choice of fresh food for breakfast. Would 100% stay here again.

To get the views you need to be high up the hill, which was too steep and dark to climb back up after an evening meal in town. The taxi back up was quite expensive so a way to get back at 9pm would make a great hotel perfect 🤩

Fantastic Room with Private Sauna

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very nice and the room was modern and spacious. The private sauna in the room was a fantastic touch, and we loved the stylish bath and shower behind the glass next to the comfortable bed. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

BEWARE with booking your room It appears on the website that all rooms will have a view of the lake however it is very ambiguous There are no pictures of any windows of the rooms on the booking site One would assume with the title “ Panoramic” there would be good views , however as far as I can tell it is only the 2 bedroom suites that are seen in the promotional photos that would have a balcony and view We booked a double room and had a small dark room with a small door opening out onto a rock wall and no window The room was exceptionally hot due to the ridiculous “ sauna” with no ventilation We complained and were upgraded at a $50euro fee to a bigger room however it still was looking at the back of another apartment and was dark and hot . The location it right up the top of the hill , a huge walk down and up from the town So forget going to dinner unless you are pretty fit Not a taxi in sight All in all Sel Am Zee is a large tourist town give it a big miss .these apartments are a huge badly designed rabbit warren .If you score a room with a view you are very lucky

1- location .. but when you stay in “panoramic view” 2- apartment “inside” nice look almost new 3- bathrooms with bedit “shattaf”

1- there’s “trick” when you book lake view .. cuz. They have “panoramic view” doesn’t mention in booking 2- i booked lake view .. see picture below 3- staff not bad.. but need to be more friendly

it was an amazing stay there, I would like to come again and recommend it to my family. the staff was amazing, helped me a lot with upgrading my room smoothly. there was a garden in front of our apartment and the view from window was amazing.

The only thing was it was at a high price while there were more options for stay in zell am see with an affordable price. I wish if they will consider it and afford little bit less price. this is the only thing I may say that I didn't like.

Great place with view of the Zell See

Very good room, sauna was great! Everything was clean and there was enough space in the room for family with luggage. Kitchen was also quite clean. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options and very tasty. Underground parking is great.

The only thing that was missing was dish soap and sponge. Without that the kitchen is useless ;) Also the wine glasses taken from reception were dusty. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't find how to turn on the light closest to the shower. Quiet place, but also no restaurants nearby. Not really a con, but something to take into account.

Looks great but has room for improvements

Very modern and elegant design with a great view over the lake. A Kitchen is included with many utensils for cooking. Also the room smelled fantastic.

Unfortunately the Sauna in the apartment can only be used until 9pm. The Shower looks nice, however if you use it for more than 5 minutes, the entire apartment will be flooded... The room didn't get cleaned during our stay, however we only spent two nights in the hotel, so not a big deal.

The views and sauna were amazing! Having an onsite (and free) laundry was a plus as was the free parking and kitchenette.

One of the elevators wasn’t working so we needed a room change. It’s quite a maze to get around the place!

It is tough to beat having a private sauna in your room. The bathroom setups were top notch. The rooms were very modern with great aesthetics. Easy access from a parking garage and even an honesty bar in case you need provisions!

The hotel is a bit outside of downtown so if you’re looking for a quieter spot it’s ideal. There is a walking path that will get you into town that isn’t too long. We stayed in the fall but I imagine the location of this hotel is very ideal in the winter for skiing access.
