Everyhing was nicely prepared, as expected.

Sauna place is great, large enough, both sauna and room to relax. Mattresses r very comfortable. Living room was comfortable to relax and got everything necessary to eat and drink. Apartment is walking distance to a ski lift so no need to use car. Lidl and pizzeria restaurant are next to the building. As we parked car on arrival we didn't use it at all. We could take a shower in the building on last day after skying, despite we were checked-out already. Hosts are very kind people.

Window in one of the bed room was a bit leaky. There is a window in the building, but it's super slow, so treat this rather as backup plan not daily use.

Amazing stay during Christmas!

Amazing stay in Zell am See! The host was wonderful and the hospitality was truly top notch. The apartment was very cosy and comfortable, really made us feel at home. The sauna was a great bonus after skiing, and the ski lift is only a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended – we would love to come back

A good stay

The room was spacious, clean and with the mountain view.

The walls are thin and the second night we could not get any sleep because of the conversation in the room next to us that lasted throughout the night. Therefore, there was no choice but to leave earlier than anticipated and sleep in the car. The host is available on the property only for a short time during the day. Therefore, if you are here for outdoor activities, this might not be a good fit because I understood that they prefer payment of the second part of the fee at the hotel. The hosts could be more friendly and check whether they are right, not jump to conclusions and write messages in an unpleasant tone. We had a misunderstanding with the host that made the experience rather negative in the end, although the first impression was good.

Top stay in Zell am See if you’re looking for mountin views.

Amazing view, very responsive management, provided summer card (received the second day but no big deal as first day it will not be useful direcyly after the check in at 4pm). The TV is huge and has Netflix & youtube. The apartment has an AC which is rare in Zell am See. This is the best hotel I have been to from the other 4 hotels I booked in Austria.

The lift was slower than usual but it’s ok.

Great place.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The place is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s also very quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. One of the best parts is the location — it’s close to all the main activities in the area, and just a short walk away from a delicious restaurant called Alkukh (The Hut). I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Excellent new hotel away from the Zell am See crowds, great host who is very accommodating.

This facility is essentially brand new - clean and well laid out, amazing water pressure and air conditioning, and a level of quiet only possible with a wooden structure. Breakfast was great too!

Superb

New, morden apartment in a nice location. Near elevator to the mountain, supermarket and small pizzeria. Little bit far from the center of Zell am See, but with a car it is not a problem :) 6 minutes by car. About 40-50 minutes walk. The apartment is equipped by everything you may need. There is a special room for the 🎿 equipment. Around the hotel there are enough parking places for all rooms. Soon the hotel will be equipped with a sauna and extra one apartment on the top floor. The owner Mr. Gerfrierd is a very nice person and a champion for the skibob. Next time will try it :)

The beds were comfortable and it facilitated us arriving very late from the airport. Spacious, clean and comfortable near shops but driving distance outside the village of Zell am See. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials.

Nothing much to outside apartment except shopping in shops the likes of Lidl, Billa etc. and didn’t like the Tchibo coffee machine.

Good place, but not good value for money

Cleanliness and the staff behaviour was remarkable.

The most important factor for guests is to have good rest during their trip. This apartment had too hard mattresses on which we couldn’t have a comfortable sleep. Also, the property is very near a highway and big trucks pass by during the night. So it is not possible to open windows at night. And there is no air conditioner inside to cool the apartment. The water pressure of the shower is too low.
