Unprofessional staff, poor service .I don’t recommend this hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were not professional and had poor communication skills, with limited English, which made it very difficult to get proper service. There were many activities at the hotel that were not communicated to us in advance, so we missed out on experiences we had expected to enjoy. Additionally, I had booked a massage, but when I tried to cancel or adjust it, the staff denied my request. When I did receive the massage, I was only given half the time I had paid for, which felt unfair and unprofessional. Overall, my experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations. I would not recommend booking with this hotel.

Our family recently stayed at this hotel, and it was simply amazing! Everything is perfectly designed for families with children—there are so many activities and entertainment options that our kids were never bored for a second. The restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food for every taste, and the coffee is absolutely fantastic. We truly appreciated how every detail was thought out for family comfort and fun. We can’t wait to come back in December!

A beautiful hotel near to Lake Zell Am See

The pools were lovely, the quality of the decor and furnishings around the hotel was top notch, everything thought of to make a nice atmosphere. The live music was fab. The free bikes were great and the nearby cycle route in to Zell am see along the lake was a real highlight. Loved the summer card as we got free use of free buses, cable cars and train back to Saltzburg. There were always sun loungers or seats available by the pool. The natural pool is beautifully done. There are so many lovely chairs to relax on. The hotel has a nice feel about it.

The room was really hot and we couldn't open the windows due to mosquitos and road noise. The hotel needs air con ideally or the rooms need fans in hot weather. You only get one day's worth of teabags in the room which was a shame for the price of the room and there is no iron provided. No laundry service onsite.

Everything was great, Highly recommended for family holidays. Just the staff needs to be little kind

The property is very friendly for kinds and my 2 years old kid loved it. Specially the pool and feeding the animals was his highlight. Silvia the animal keeper is a Gem. Best person we every met.

The staff is in competent and not very friendly, the girls on the front desk were not very kind and attentive.

Perfect location for Ironman 70.3 Zell am See

Perfect location for Ironman Zell am See - maybe the closest 'nice' hotel to the swim start and transition zone. Excellent breakfast buffet loaded for options. Nice and large free parking lot. Very kind hotel staff and reception. You can take your bike up to your room. I cannot say anything negative with the experience.

Excellent family-run hotel. Very well designed, very clean and comfortable. Many sitting areas, both indoor and outdoor, for any weather. Very good service and staff. We had a city-view room, which is great! Big free parking for hotel guests just next to the hotel and a bus stop in front.

friendly staff, good breakfast, good location nearby halal restaurants can be reached easily by walking distance , free parking lot next to the hotel, the swimming pool.

1-uncomfortable beds and pillows. 2-the toilet separated from the bathroom you have to leave bathroom and cross the corridor to the toilet room which it is without sink.

A bit Expensive but good Place

-Nice staff -Good gym and leisure facilities -Nice garage and access straight to the rooms -Big free parking space next to the hotel -Quiet and relaxing -spacious room

-Very small bathroom and the sync was outside of it. plus no real privacy -The misplaced by room payment (made through booking.com) and they had to search for it to confirm my payment, but it only took them 5min.

good holiday resort, would visit again if we are in the region

warm and friendly staff, good hospitality - we haven’t experienced this in our decade plus stay in Europe. Phil at the restaurant/bar would light up our mood every time:) and was very helpful in arranging special meals for our little daughter. great food - each and every dish was special! and healthy! good facilities overall. Lisa helped us with massages in the spa - best massage ever!

Fantastic family hotel for healthy holiday!

Greate hotel and amazing restaurant! The team is very friendly and the service is above expectations. Reach and great breakfast, amazing dinner. we loved it every day we stayed. Bikes free to use, so it's greate to get to the city or lake within 5 minutes.

All expectations were met. No additional changes needed. Just keep it as it is.
