Unprofessional staff, poor service .I don’t recommend this hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were not professional and had poor communication skills, with limited English, which made it very difficult to get proper service. There were many activities at the hotel that were not communicated to us in advance, so we missed out on experiences we had expected to enjoy. Additionally, I had booked a massage, but when I tried to cancel or adjust it, the staff denied my request. When I did receive the massage, I was only given half the time I had paid for, which felt unfair and unprofessional. Overall, my experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations. I would not recommend booking with this hotel.

Everything is perfectly designed for families with children—there are so many activities and entertainment options that our kids were never bored for a second. The restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food for every taste, and the coffee is absolutely fantastic. We truly appreciated how every detail was thought out for family comfort and fun. Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Zeller See. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast willkommen!

Wir waren als Teilnehmer des Ironman 70.3 in Zell am See. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, als Athlet ist man in wenigen Fussminuten im Startgelände. Als Supporter, Fan oder Zuschauer ist man schnell an den wichtigen Punkte um die Athleten zu sehen. Das Hotel ist sehr athletenfreundlich. Generell ist das Hotel sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Toller Wellness- und Erholungsbereich. Sehr gute und abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Sehr, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Wohle des Gastes steht hier an oberster Stelle und das merkt man auch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Personel Hotelu jest bardzo miły, widać duże zaangażowanie. Jest czysto, jedzenie dobre. Parking na miejscu bezpłatny. Czysty basen. Bardzo dobry klimat.

- Hotel bierze udział w programie ( Destination charge ), w którym otrzymuje się bezpłatny przejazd autobusami, pociągami i wyciągami. Jednak jak ktoś nie chce z tego korzystać to nie można zrezygnować- czyli dla 4 osobowej rodziny na 10 dni dodatkowy obowiązkowy koszt 400 Euro poza rezerwacją. - Materac łóżka dosyć miękki, może komuś z problemami kręgosłupa to przeszkadzać

A beautiful hotel near to Lake Zell Am See

The pools were lovely, the quality of the decor and furnishings around the hotel was top notch, everything thought of to make a nice atmosphere. The live music was fab. The free bikes were great and the nearby cycle route in to Zell am see along the lake was a real highlight. Loved the summer card as we got free use of free buses, cable cars and train back to Saltzburg. There were always sun loungers or seats available by the pool. The natural pool is beautifully done. There are so many lovely chairs to relax on. The hotel has a nice feel about it.

The room was really hot and we couldn't open the windows due to mosquitos and road noise. The hotel needs air con ideally or the rooms need fans in hot weather. You only get one day's worth of teabags in the room which was a shame for the price of the room and there is no iron provided. No laundry service onsite.

The property is very friendly for kinds and my 2 years old kid loved it. Specially the pool and feeding the animals was his highlight. Silvia the animal keeper is a Gem. Best person we every met.

Das Personal war freundlich und hier endet alles was gefallen hat.

Weder Superior noch Alpenblick sollten es heißen – dieses Hotel verdient seinen Namen nicht. Normalerweise vergebe ich keine schlechten Bewertungen, aber dieses Hotel verdient sie, einfach weil ich die anderen Hotels realistisch bewertet habe. Falls Sie wegen der Aussicht oder der Lage buchen möchten, tun Sie es lieber nicht. Die Zeit ist in diesem Hotel stehen geblieben, was man an den Fluren und Zimmern sieht, die sehr schlicht ausgestattet sind, und wahrscheinlich auch am Aufzug, der nicht funktionierte. Wenn Sie Schuhe über Größe 43 haben, können Sie den Balkon nicht betreten, da Sie nicht genug Platz zum Umdrehen haben. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer können Sie vergessen, denn die Steinmauer ist 5-6 Meter vom „Balkon“ entfernt. Es gibt zwar eine Minibar, aber darin steht eine offene Plastikflasche Wasser. Dafür gibt es eine Reihe von Hinweisen mit „ökologischem“ Hintergrund… Eine empfiehlt Leitungswasser zu trinken, um die Umwelt zu schonen. Die längste besagt, dass das Wasser einen besonderen Geschmack bekommt, wenn man eine Holzkugel auf den Krug legt... (ein Wunder, dass die Nutzung nicht extra kostet). Kaffee und Tee kann man im Zimmer nur trinken, wenn man vorher an der Rezeption etwas kauft weil die Schachtel leer war und weder Kaffee- noch Teebeutel darin waren. Außerdem gibt es ein Hinweis auf Handtüchern die Mehrmahls verwendet werden sollten – insgesamt sechs Stück Hinweise und Warnungen. Das Waschbecken befindet sich im Flur, was wahrscheinlich auch gut für die Umwelt ist. Die Pools sind OK, aber viel kleiner als auf den Fotos – der Fotograf hat also hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Die Lage ist gut für alle, die gerne lange spazieren gehen und sich für Eisenbahnen und Züge interessieren...

Alpenblick is een TOP hotel !

Het personeel is top! Heel vriendelijk én gezellig! En het eten was ook heerlijk en heel gevarieerd. De loungeruimte, bar en restaurant zijn heel sfeervol ingericht. Er is ook een heel mooie tuin. Leuke e-mountainbike tour gedaan met Phil. Super mooi gebied! Zell am See is ook een heel mooi en sfeervol stadje.

Er was geen airconditioning, maar toen we om een tafel ventilator vroegen, werd die direct op onze kamer gebracht. Wij waren daar net met 30 graden plus, als de temperatuur lager is, is een airconditioning uiteraard niet nodig.

Detaljerna skiljer bra från utmärkt och det var just detaljerna som var så enastående. Många alternativ att välja på, pool eller naturpool, inne ute, bastuer, avkopplingsrum, jag hann inte uppleva alla olika avdelningar. Otroligt hög mysfaktor, väldigt fint. Rummen är otroligt fina med sängen mot fönster/utsikt/balkong

Läget var ok, nära till buss och tåg, men inget mysigt område. Sjön ligger ca 5-7 min gång. Det finns cyklar att låna. Väldigt trafikerad väg utanför, det störde inte jättemycket dock men hördes lite. Med facit i hand hade jag dock hellre bott på detta hotell än i centrum. Frukosten var enastående men middagen hemsk och till väldigt högt pris. Rekommenderar att äta middag i centrum eller söderut. Den gratis vandringen på 50min var inte värt tiden, inte speciell fin stig och det tog nästan 3h inte 50min Rekommenderar även att granska räkningen noga, de hade lagt på 850kr för mkt på min räkning.

Voor Oostenrijkse begrippen netjes en modern ingericht. Mooi zwembad.

Erg prijzig. Slechte service in het restaurant en matig eten voor wat je betaald. Ontzettend warme kamers zonder airco. Wij hadden een gezinskamer voor 2 volwassenen en 2 jonge kinderen en kregen de warmte niet uit de kamer, wat het slapen niet bevorderd.

+Super Lage direkt an einer Bushaltestelle, die das Hotel mit allen Wanderzielen verbindet, auch Zell am See ist innerhalb von 15 Gehminuten erreichbar + Zell am See Card inklusive d.h. riesen Ersparniss wie Fahrt zum Kitzsteinhorn (50EUR), Krimmel Wasserfall (10EUR), Maisgogelbahn (12EUR)+ ALLE Busfahrten etc. + Neuer Außenbereich: Schwimmteich + Saunabereich und Poolbereich super + neues Fitnessstudio mit neuen Geräten und Fitnesstrainer + Klasse Frühstücksbuffet + Schöner Barbereich und klasse Cocktails + Tolles 3 Gänge Menü am Abend für nur 20 EUR

- Es ist und bleibt ein Familienhotel bspw. ist der Poolbereich zum Entspannen nicht nutzbar, keine Bade/Hotelaufsicht; Kinder waren zum Teil sehr störend, haben liegen und auch mein Handy nass gemacht: ggf. zumindest Grundregeln einführen da die Erziehung der Eltern heutzutage arg zu wünschen übrig lässt - Sauberkeit der Heizkörper sollte nochmals in Angriff genommen werden, sehr staubig - kleine Bäder, - kleine Kopfkissen, zwei pro Personen wären besser - Respekt/Umgang: Ja ich sehe "Jung" aus aber hier und da kann ich als 34jähriger auch erwarten Erwachsen angesprochen zu werden "Hallo Jungs" , zudem hatten wir das Gefühl das anderen Gästen bspw. das Menü etc. besser erklärt wurde und wir eher flapsig und wie "Jungs" abgetan wurden,

Das Hotel ist sehr weiterempfehlenswert

Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wellnessanlage insbesondere der Innen- und Außenpool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Außenbereich von Bar und Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtet - überdacht und uriges/gemütliches Flair. Das Servicepersonal an Rezeption und in Restaurant und Bar sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Offensichtlich arbeitet das genannte Personal mit Herz und Spaß in diesem Hotel.

Der Zimmerservice war uns etwas zu oberflächlich und zeitlich nicht kalkulierbar. Wer sich im Zimmer längere Zeit aufhalten möchte, sollte sich vielleicht darüber informieren, wann die Zimmerdamen in etwa vorbeikommen.

Perfect location for Ironman Zell am See - maybe the closest 'nice' hotel to the swim start and transition zone. Excellent breakfast buffet loaded for options. Nice and large free parking lot. Very kind hotel staff and reception. You can take your bike up to your room. I cannot say anything negative with the experience.
