Pleasant and good enough value.

Friendly, reasonable food, excellent bed.

Small bathroom. No English black tea for breakfast ! Breakfast a little limited but ok. No Salzburg area tourist travel pass offered / available (?) which would have saved on transfer costs. Closing the sauna at 8am was an hour too early for me.

Relax and peaceful stay

Half board included. The breakfast is good especially the onsen egg. Dinner was ok too. Bus 660 was convenient to move around. Traditional hotel. But very well maintained and clean

Breakfast was sufficient, room was cleaned daily. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Location is a bit away from city center but easily accesible with bus or local bahn(cute).

Great place to enjoy your holiday!

It is a very nice hotel with a very friendly personnel, great service and pleasant atmosphere. It has a very convenient location with 2 bus stops nearby which allows you to reach easily any ski lifts both in Zell-am See and Kaprun. We had a gorgeous view from the balcony to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. Breakfasts and dinners are very tasteful and abundant. The menu is so varied that during our 7-day stay not a single dish was repeated! A light snack served at 16:00 was a pleasant unexpected surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a very pleasant place to enjoy your stay in the Alps.

The staff and the home people were so nice and kind. They are elderly, but they were really struggling and doing their best to keep us comfortable, and serve us the best. Can you believe we had Christmas carols singing and then there was free Christmas gifts 🎁 put everyone at the hotel. they gave us so much of free stuff and free cookies and free mulled wine, all because of the festive season, and their goodness.

The hair dye it was not working while it was set for the levels 2. They had designated places at the cafeteria for us to sit, which we really didn’t mind, but some other people would not like such a rules. Breakfast and Dinner was not magnificent, but it was sufficient.

On a very busy noisy road. The hotel is not within walking distance of Zell am See but the bus stops right outside. Clearly air con is not needed in the ski season but in June the room and bedding was very very hot.
