Hallo ein sehr nettes gutes Familienhotel. Zimmer wie beschrieben, sauber und Tipp topp in Ordnung. Für uns besonders gut, völlig Problemlos gab es ein Stellplatz unterm Dach für die Motorräder. Danke

Hôtel très pratique notamment pour un séjour d'étape

L'hôtel est situé en peripherie de la ville avec un grand parking en bordure de route.( voiture indispensable) Établissement très propre avec ascenseur Belle chambre de belle taille Restaurant pratique et de bonne qualité .

Salle de bain un peu petite notamment la douche. Localisation hors de la ville nécessitant de reprendre sa voiture pour visiter.

Für eine Nacht absolut OK

Sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück nicht außergewöhnlich, dennoch absolut in Ordnung und zur Unterkunft passend. Trotz Lage direkt an der Straße ruhiges Zimmer. Kuschelige Betten

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Duschwand war defekt und im Zimmer roch es einfach etwas "alt" nicht sehr schlimm aber eben nicht sauberer Teppichgeruch. Allgemein waren einige Dinge im Zimmer nicht mehr vorhanden oder nur oberflächlich repariert. Die Klobrille war leider noch vom Gast vorher verschmutzt.

für Kurzaufenthalte und Motorradfahrer ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

die Lage des Zimmers und das Hotel samt Angestellte war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück perfekt mit super Auswahl. Der Balkon im Zimmer ist sehr angenehm.

Im Zimmer ist ein sehr alter Teppichboden und die Betten waren durchgelegen und ex roch nach Schweiß und Staub. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken und in der Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen. Beim Zähneputzen alleine schon nicht, Das war nicht gut

Prima hotel, uiterst vriendelijk met goede verzorging.

Mix Grill heb ik besteld bij aankomst en dit was top, hetzelfde voor het ontbijt. Alles keurig verzorgd en compleet met vriendelijke ontvangst en behulpzaamheid. Complimenten voor vriendelijkheid.

Kamer was eenvoudig, maar super schoon alleen was de kamer aan de straatzijde, waardoor je het verkeer te veel kan horen. Dit geeft 's nachts toch een vervelende bijkomstigheid. Ik zou wel gebruik maken van dit hotel, maar dan aan de achterzijde willen slapen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, extra Skiraum, um die Fahrräder abzustellen, gutes Frühstück und gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge- Bus und Zug ist gleich in der Nahe Das undichte Waschbecken wurde sofort repariert

Op zich een prima hotel, maar voor ons deze keer helaas niet

Erg vriendelijke ontvangst. Kamers zijn prima en hygiënisch

Op de site stond aangegeven dat het restaurant dagelijks open is. Dat klopt niet. Wij kwamen aan op een woensdag en dat bleek een 'ruhe tag' te zijn. En dat terwijl er voor de deur een bord staat met ' restaurant dagelijks geopend'. Ook bleek de lift maar in 1 deel van het hotel te gebruiken en helaas niet in het deel waar wij zaten. Wij hadden 2 dames van 80+ bij ons en hadden dit hotel geboekt vanwege de aanwezigheid van een lift en restaurant. Met veel moeite moesten we nu 2 trappen op met de dames.

استقبال ممتاز ودخول سريع والموظفين رائعين ، الاقامة تشمل بطاقة زيلامسي الصيفية ، الفندق مباشرة امامه محطتين للباص ومحطة للقطار ( تقدر تروح لزيلامسي وترجع بالباص او بالقطار مجانا عن طريق بطاقة زيلامسي الصيفية ، تجنبا للزحام او صعوبة الحصول على موقف للسيارة ) ، ايضا يوجد مواقف مجانية امام الفندق

عدم وجود تكييف ( اذا تم فتح الشباك للتهوية يوجد بعوض بشكل كبير خصوصا فترة الصيف والامطار ) ، الاثاث نوعا ما قديييم ، المصعد يطلعك بس ما ينزلك . الغرفة الفردية صغيرة جدا جدا جدا وكذلك الحمام اكرمكم الله تجد صعوبة في الحركة داخل الغرفة . راح يتم تحصيل مبلغ ضرائب ( السياحة و…) غير قيمة الحجز

Great place to enjoy your holiday!

It is a very nice hotel with a very friendly personnel, great service and pleasant atmosphere. It has a very convenient location with 2 bus stops nearby which allows you to reach easily any ski lifts both in Zell-am See and Kaprun. We had a gorgeous view from the balcony to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. Breakfasts and dinners are very tasteful and abundant. The menu is so varied that during our 7-day stay not a single dish was repeated! A light snack served at 16:00 was a pleasant unexpected surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a very pleasant place to enjoy your stay in the Alps.

The staff and the home people were so nice and kind. They are elderly, but they were really struggling and doing their best to keep us comfortable, and serve us the best. Can you believe we had Christmas carols singing and then there was free Christmas gifts 🎁 put everyone at the hotel. they gave us so much of free stuff and free cookies and free mulled wine, all because of the festive season, and their goodness.

The hair dye it was not working while it was set for the levels 2. They had designated places at the cafeteria for us to sit, which we really didn’t mind, but some other people would not like such a rules. Breakfast and Dinner was not magnificent, but it was sufficient.
