The owner of the residence dealt very badly. She was targeting Arabs for their money. She asked me for 1000 euros via private mail without any reason, but I did not agree to the amount.

The experience we had at "Landhaus Gitti" was absolutely great, from all points of view. The host was very kind and open with sugestions and tips for spending a quality time during our holiday. They make a good team working together with passion for ensuring their guests a good time: respect in everyting they do, ensuring a clean place to live every day during our stay, very complex breakfast and great serving. The location is strategically placed in order to have acces to many turistic obiectives in the area and also guests can benefit of free of change or discounts to a long list of attractions. We would choose any time to come back and stay even longer or to recommend others the same experience.

My room was spacious, the breakfast was really delicious.

I booked this hotel last minute and unfortunately it was far from the train station and far from the town.The hotel is for people who have a car as its in the residential area.Also, the check out was early, at 10 am.I neeeded to leave my skis and my heavy bag at the reception area after my check out but it was not possible due to early cleaning and reconstruction in the house.

Perfect breakfast provided by the owners!!! Both of them are very nice and helpful. They will provide any info or tips that you need to make your trip perfect in Zell am See. The room is very neat and tidy. The accommodation is only 10mins driving to the city center of Zell am See and 15mins driving to Kaprun

Amazing hotels with great views and even better hosts!

Marco and his wife were wonderful hosts. They made us feel at home. The hotel itself was very beautiful and we had a great view of the mountains. It was always so well maintained and the breakfast was also delicious and fresh! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying at Zell am see.

Great accommodation to stay at!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week using it as a ski holiday base to enjoy Zell am See as well as the Kaprun glacier and Saalbach & Hinterglemm. We arrived hours early for check in but were greeted warmly and made to feel at home immediately. The hosts Marco and Gitti were friendly and professional and could not do enough to make our stay special. Our room was spotless and well equipped and the breakfast they provide is a delicious mix of local fresh breads, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, pastries and more.  The location is a 15m walk from the nearest ski lift so I would definitely recommend renting a ski locker and leaving skis and boots in there. This was only €9 per day for a double locker during our trip. Also the evening buses to Zell am See are not particularly reliable but you can either take a 40m stroll (much of which is beside the lake) or just grab a taxi for only €10 which takes just 5m. Overall an excellent guesthouse run exceptionally well by a really nice couple.

Breakfast was exceptional. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is great for the ski slopes, however have to walk a little bit. Definitely recommend :)
