I recently stayed at your resort for a total of 8 days, and I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The reception team was friendly and welcoming, and I truly appreciated the special honeymoon preparations that were arranged — it was a very thoughtful gesture. I would also like to commend your staff member David, who was exceptionally kind and professional throughout my stay. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room service could be more responsive, and it would be helpful if a staff member were available to assist guests with baggage delivery to their rooms. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at the restaurant. One of the staff members was aggressive and rude while taking my order, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, during breakfast, a staff member named Peter was also rude and unfriendly. Initially, I thought this might have been an isolated incident, but after checking other guest reviews, I noticed that several people have reported similar experiences. I sincerely hope that management will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to improve the restaurant staff’s attitude and professionalism. While most aspects of my stay were enjoyable, this issue left a negative impression and has made me hesitant to book again in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. Hotel mit toller Wohlfühl Atmosphäre

- Die moderne, ästhetische Anlage mit tollem Spa Bereich der zum Schwimmen unter den Sternen einlädt. - Freundliches Personal. - kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel, als auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. -Das Angebot der kostenlosen Registrierung bei der „Sommercard“ mit der wir bei so vielen Attraktionen (Klamm, Bergbahn etc) richtig gutes Geld sparen konnten! - digitalisierter Service am Zimmer

- Das Bett war extrem weich. - Beim Frühstück hatte man zT das Gefühl, dass nicht alles frisch war. - es fehlten Badelatschen - wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und auf einen Snack am Abend hofft, muss man leider früh sein. Sowohl die Pizza im Hotel, als auch alle Einkaufsläden in direkter Nähe sind nur bis 18:30 Uhr verfügbar. Dementsprechend sind wir leider an beiden Abenden bei McDonalds gelandet.

Sehr enttäuschend.

Ehrlicherweise nichts.

Aufenthalt 2 Nächte, Preis pro Nacht 200€: Das Hotel ist definitiv KEINE 4 Sterne! Eventuell 3, aber nicht mehr. Personal spricht fast nur englisch und wirkt absolut genervt von den Gästen. Zudem ist der Service sehr schlecht. Man merkt, dass die Angestellten massiv überfordert mit allem sind. Abends bei einem Event mit 80 Leuten nur eine Bedienung, alles hat extrem lange gedauert. Zimmer sind sehr dreckig. Für 200€ die Nacht in einem angeblichen 4 Sterne Hotel eine Frechheit. Haare von den vorherigen Gästen im Bad und Dusche, in jedem Bad ist schwarzer Schimmel (nicht schwer das zu entfernen), verschrammte und dreckige Wände, Flecken auf den Kissen, kaputte Rollos, Türen die nicht schließen, Garage über die 3 Tage vermüllt... usw usw. Einfach ekelerregend überall Haare von anderen zu finden, Fussel und tote Mücken. In der Suite in der Dusche hat man nicht mal Platz irgendwas abzustellen. Riesen Dusche und dann muss man seine Sachen auf den Boden stellen, geht's noch? Getränke die abends aufs Zimmer mitgenommen wurden, waren nach der "Zimmerreinigung" unangetastet noch am selben Platz gestanden. Da fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich verarscht. Frühstück ist ein Witz für angeblich 4 Sterne. Wenig Auswahl, viel zu klein und nicht aufgefüllt. Zu wenige Parkplätze für das Hotel. Tiefgarage kostet 15€ die Nacht. Aufgrund eines Events, von dem die Angestellten scheinbar nichts wussten, war der Eingang komplett verparkt. Es war nicht mal möglich unsere Koffer in der Hotel zu bringen. Als nicht Event Angehöriger wurde man wie ein Mensch 2. Klasse behandelt. Wellnessbereich war ok. Saunen waren nicht heiß, bzw. nicht entsprechend der angegeben Temperatur. Liegeplätze auch viel zu wenige vorhanden. Außenpool kalt und nicht beheizt. An den Fenster und Türen sind keine Mücken Netze. Wäre angebracht bei See Nähe. Abends alles voll mit Mücken und man konnte nicht lüften, nachdem es auch nicht mal eine Klima gab (angeblich 4 Sterne Hotel!).

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage zur Gondel.

Das Familienzimmer mit eigenem Schlafbereich für die Eltern war gut aufgeteilt und auch die Größe war passend. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut, mit toller Auswahl und leckeren Sachen für Groß und Klein. Der Spa Bereich ist eher klein aber fein. Tiefgarage fürs Auto ist geräumig und auch das E-Auto laden funktionierte perfekt, es sind mehrere Lade Stationen vorhanden. Im Außenbereich gibt es nur wenige Parkplätze. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut, nur ein paar Minuten zur Busstation und zur Gondel. Auch Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie Lidl sind mit nur ein paar Schritten erreichbar.

Die Betten / Matratzen waren schlimm, viel zu weich aber diese werden nach Nachfrage bei der Rezeption in den kommenden Monaten ausgetauscht. Wir hatten Pech, denn die Kräutersauna hat nicht funktioniert.

Mooi en compleet hotel met vriendelijke service

Een heel fijn hotel. We waren in de buurt en veel te vroeg voor de check-in. Tot onze verrassing gaf de aardige jongeman bij de receptie aan dat onze kamer al klaar was. En kregen we een upgrade naar een kamer met balkon, wat zeker een toevoeging is. De wellness is erg goed verzorgd, super netjes en strak. Het zwembad is heerlijk en iets verwarmd dus ook op de wat frisse dagen kan je aangenaam zwemmen. Het ontbijt is zeer compleet, zelfs met een gratis glas mousserende wijn erbij. Zowel warm als koud diverse opties. Personeel is erg aardig.

We wisten van te voren dat het hotel geen airco heeft. Dat zou het toch wel helemaal af maken. Een hor voor de deur of plafondventilator zou aangenaam zijn. Geen dealbreaker, we komen graag terug.

Das Essen war weit unter dem Niveau der Kategorie, die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs war mangelhaft.

Das Personal war freundlich und zugewandt und war bemüht, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Die Zimmer waren im Wesentlichen sauber, jedoch bestehen Mängel bei genauerer Betrachtung, z.B sind die Duschen mit Schimmel besetzt. Auf Anfrage wurde ein Upgrade und Tausch des Zimmers sofort umgesetzt. Sofern die beiden Hauptgerichte des Abends nicht zusagen, kann ein Nudelgericht oder eine Pizza bestellt werden.

Die Darstellung im Internet entspricht nicht dem tatsächlichen Ambiente und Erscheinungsbild des Hotels. Der Speisesaal gleicht eher einer Kantine. Der Pool ist überschaubar gross, einen Innenpool gibt es nicht wirklich, eher einen überdachten Einstieg zum Aussenbereich. Die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs lässt erheblich zu wünschen übrig, das Essen unterschreitet bei weitem den Standard in der Preisklasse. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück ist überschaubar und einfach, zum Abend kann zwischen zwei Hauptspeisen gewählt werden.

Einen schönen Familienurlaub.

Professionelles Personal, sehr nett und freundlich. Gutes Parkhaus. Pool Bereich war klein aber schön, Kräuter sauna Bereich hat uns auch gut gefallen. Zimmer war schön und Sauber. Sommer card ist ein Plus.

Restaurant: Das Essen war im Allgemeinen gut, für die Kinder war die Auswahl jedoch nicht Ausreichend Zimmer Suite: es war groß genug für uns Familie mit 2 Kinder. Aber das Bett war sehr unbequem. Sehr weiches Matratzen. Der Zimmerreinigungsservice Personnel kommt immer nachmittags gegen 17 Uhr. Unserer Erwartung war dass die sollten Vormittags kommen…

Összességében elégedettek voltunk,

A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. A családi szoba az volt amit vártunk, jól felszerelt, nagy, és kényelmes. A személyzet több tagja is magyar volt, különböző műszakokban és beosztásban dolgoztak, de mindannyian nagyon kedvesek, udvariasak és segítőkészek voltak!!!

A közös használatú folyosón a szőnyeg kopott, foltos, koszos. Egy 4 csillagos szállodában ez nem elfogadható.

Gezinsvriendelijk hotel met uitstekende ligging en service

Wij waren op terugweg van Slovenië/Kroatië en hadden dit hotel als laatste stop. Wij hadden half pension. We hadden een zeer mooie suite met de nodige voorzieningen voor een gezin van 4. Het zwembad is zalig verwarmd en daardoor kan je ook bij minder weer (het regende jammer genoeg) gaan zwemmen. Kabelbaan is op wandelafstand, zeker de moeite om te wandelen boven. Veel winkels nabij hotel. Ontbijt is gevarieerd en gezien het buffet vlak aan de keuken, kan je indien gewenst, ook zaken bij vragen aan de koks. Voor diner heb je keuze uit 2 hoofdgerechten. Saladebar, soep en dessert liggen vast. Onze dochter vergat enkele kledingstukken op de kamer en deze gaan ze ons nasturen. Dus qua service top!

Kleine bemerking, het kindermenu had beperkt 3 keuzes. Een kleinere portie volwassen menu of vis/vlees met puree zou een gezond alternatief voor de nuggets kunnen zijn.

Vi har besøgt stedet de sidste 3-4 somre og der er stadig lige beskidt på fælles arealerne og især ved pool området og i spa afdelingen. Efter at de har trukket sig fra Best Western Group, er der både kommet betaling på parkering og opladning. Der er ikke længere håndklæder i spa området (man skal spørge efter dem i receptionen). Rengøringen måtte vi melde fra en af dagene, da de stadig ikke havde været forbi os kl. 16.

A comfortable resort in a quiet & scenic location

We were quite satisfied with the comprehensive spread of buffet breakfast, many choices of hot & cold drink, and the lady staff on duty was very friendly & helpful.

The sensor to open the gate to basement car park is positioned at the upper end of the slope leading to the car park instead of near the gate. We arrived late 9pm on a rainy day. We missed the sensor and had a challenging time to reverse the car up the slope to activate the sensor of the gate. It is helpful to install a LED sign for the sensor or clear instructions be given to the hotel guest who need to park in the basement.

Great stay, in an ideal location with lots to do locally, staff were super helpful!

The location of the hotel was fantastic really close to local shops, bars etc. The pool was the perfect temperature for the time of year and service throughout our stay was fantastic whether it be reception, breakfast or bar services.

The temperature of our room was too hot during our stay, there were dials to control it but they didn't seem to make a difference to the temperature despite which setting we used unfortunately! We looked around and couldn't see any air conditioning facilities, maybe a fan in the room would have been a good solution for this.

Zugang zum Pool nur durch Restaurant oder Wellnessbereich und auf dem Zimmer keine Bademäntel, somit muss man in den Badeklamotten durch das Restaurant. Betten sind absolut miserabel und durchgelegen.

Frühstück Ambiente Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer kostenlos Parkmöglichkeiten

Sauberkeit im Zimmer... Mistküben war vom Vorbewohner noch voll! Auch unter dem Bett "durfte" man nicht reinschauen... Weiters gabs Tassen für den Kaffee im Zimmer... eine Tasse ungewaschen und mit Haaren vorgefunden. Auf Nachfrage gab es keine Kosmetiktücherl mehr, obwohl wir von Anfang an nur 2 zur Verfügung hatte. Abendessen für ein 4-Stern-Hotel eher am unteren Limit. Saunabereich - eig ein Ruhebereich - war zum Poolbereich hin offen, d.h. während man in der Sauna Entspannung "suchte" hörte man sehr lautes Kindergeschrei, u.Ä., auch das ist für ein 4 Stern Hotel nicht okay! Auch gingen alle Kinder auf dem Weg zum Pool durch den Ruhe-/Saunabereich.

Soft mattrass spoiled my whole holiday

So much uncomfortable soft mattress that my back and neck were hurting next 3 days. It was so bad that I moved the topper from bed to the floor and slept on the floor. Not what I expected and paid for. If you reed the reviews, there are many complains about the mattrass. I cannnot believe the management doesnt replace at least some and keeps destroing customer holiday. Staff was kind, trying to help, saying “we know about this problem but cannot do anything about it”, sounds like ignorance from the management to me. Breakfast was under avarage for 4 star hotel.

The bed is the worst bed I have slept in at any hotel, ever. The breakfast was poor. The hotel is poorly located - a long meat from lake and old town - much better options closer t those. The vibe of the hotel was very down-market and over-run with children (not relaxing) - definitely not suitable for couples. Car parking facilities very poor.

Die Lage ist super, es ist schön ruhig und die Gegend herrlich. Das Hotel hat einen Fitnessraum, der gut ausgestattet ist.

Unser Zimmer war eher hellhörig, der Nachbar war gut zu hören. Die Küche ist solide, vielleicht ein wenig einfach, aber gut. Sonst sehr schön, alles sauber, top.

Top Preis Leistung - super Sauber - angenehm warmer Pool

Die Lage war für einen Wanderurlaub wirklich super! Der Pool war mega warm (was ich mittlerweile bei den wenigsten Hotels so kenne) und der Wellnessbereich ausreichend groß. Das Zimmer war wirklich super schön, sauber und groß - perfekt für einen Familienurlaub.

Das Angebot vom Abendessen hat uns leider nicht so überzeugt. Wir haben uns dann alle für eine Pizza entschieden.

Wir lieben Zell am See 🫶

Einige Rezessionen sagten aus, dass das Personal unfreundlich war. Das können wir absolut nicht bestätigen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, unaufdringlich, aber immer da, falls erforderlich. Schon der Start war super, wir bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade. Das war mega. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht, bis jetzt war das Essen in Österreich immer High Level. Besonderer Dank an den Koch 😋 Leider war es regnerisch und wir haben den SPA Bereich genutzt, oft waren wir einfach alleine unten. Auch der Fitnessraum ist super. Wir würden ganz klar wieder kommen 🤗

Etwas zu weiches Bett durch den Topper und schade, dass es ein großer Topper ist, dadurch bekommt man Bewegungen mehr mit.

Очень достойный отель, с удовольствием рекомендую.

Услуги отеля на очень высоком уровне. Начиная от мелочей, когда на ресепшене выдали халаты мне и ребенку, чтоб нам было удобно отдыхать у бассейна. Отличный ремонт в номерах, хорошее оснащение, все предусмотрено и чашки для кофе, и бокалы, в ванной косметический набор. Прекрасный завтрак, очень вкусно приготовлен. Давид на ресепшен был очень дружелюбным, понравилось, как он общается с гостями.

Летние кареты теперь в электронном в виде, а не в виде карты. Электронный код не всегда срабатывает в транспорте.
