Overall a great week - few tweaks would make it perfect!

Great choice at breakfast Pool was perfect for the children Room size was great We enjoyed having the social space the apartment gave us and the chance to put younger children to bed - bathroom per bedroom was excellent.

We had a kitchenette - but no items to allow us to clean up ourselves (washing up liquid, cloths etc.) but not tidied by house keeping...had to buy items to clean up. Electrical smell decorative fire - needed switching off, not repaired during our stay. Needed to ask for robes as only 2 in a 10 person apartment.

I recently stayed at your resort for a total of 8 days, and I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The reception team was friendly and welcoming, and I truly appreciated the special honeymoon preparations that were arranged — it was a very thoughtful gesture. I would also like to commend your staff member David, who was exceptionally kind and professional throughout my stay. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room service could be more responsive, and it would be helpful if a staff member were available to assist guests with baggage delivery to their rooms. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at the restaurant. One of the staff members was aggressive and rude while taking my order, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, during breakfast, a staff member named Peter was also rude and unfriendly. Initially, I thought this might have been an isolated incident, but after checking other guest reviews, I noticed that several people have reported similar experiences. I sincerely hope that management will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to improve the restaurant staff’s attitude and professionalism. While most aspects of my stay were enjoyable, this issue left a negative impression and has made me hesitant to book again in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope you will address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Convenient stop over with good restaurant.

Great room, staff really helpful. Underground secure parking available for extra cost. Enjoyed the food in the restaurant in the evening. A lot of hungry people in the breakfast room but staff kept replacing items. Convenient stop over for Grossenglockner pass.

Too far to walk into Zell centre and impossible to find car parking spaces.

A comfortable resort in a quiet & scenic location

We were quite satisfied with the comprehensive spread of buffet breakfast, many choices of hot & cold drink, and the lady staff on duty was very friendly & helpful.

The sensor to open the gate to basement car park is positioned at the upper end of the slope leading to the car park instead of near the gate. We arrived late 9pm on a rainy day. We missed the sensor and had a challenging time to reverse the car up the slope to activate the sensor of the gate. It is helpful to install a LED sign for the sensor or clear instructions be given to the hotel guest who need to park in the basement.

Great stay, in an ideal location with lots to do locally, staff were super helpful!

The location of the hotel was fantastic really close to local shops, bars etc. The pool was the perfect temperature for the time of year and service throughout our stay was fantastic whether it be reception, breakfast or bar services.

The temperature of our room was too hot during our stay, there were dials to control it but they didn't seem to make a difference to the temperature despite which setting we used unfortunately! We looked around and couldn't see any air conditioning facilities, maybe a fan in the room would have been a good solution for this.

Soft mattrass spoiled my whole holiday

So much uncomfortable soft mattress that my back and neck were hurting next 3 days. It was so bad that I moved the topper from bed to the floor and slept on the floor. Not what I expected and paid for. If you reed the reviews, there are many complains about the mattrass. I cannnot believe the management doesnt replace at least some and keeps destroing customer holiday. Staff was kind, trying to help, saying “we know about this problem but cannot do anything about it”, sounds like ignorance from the management to me. Breakfast was under avarage for 4 star hotel.

Disappointing, never again

The room was spacious

The bed is the worst bed I have slept in at any hotel, ever. The breakfast was poor. The hotel is poorly located - a long meat from lake and old town - much better options closer t those. The vibe of the hotel was very down-market and over-run with children (not relaxing) - definitely not suitable for couples. Car parking facilities very poor.

Great location. Nice breakfast. Relaxing spa, convenient parking and helpful ski room. Very helpful and polite staff.

The bed had vey soft mattress, too soft, therefore difficult to sleep. Krauter sauna was not on 3 out of 5 days. Even if there are sauna rules, there are not executed. Kids in sauna, phones…

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, well organised. The food was great, and the waiters were also quite good

Awesome luxurious resort hotel with awesome breakfast

I can't describe how amazed we are with Elements. The resort hotel is brand new, has every ammenity you can imagine, ranging from free drinks in your room, Rituals soap, shampoo and such, robes and slippers for the sauna area and the most amazing breakfast you can imagine.

Everything was perfect, the rooms were amazing and perfect. The staff were so nice and helpful. Besides, you can have a ticket for the first ice mountain, bus, ship all of it for free. Near to the hotel there is a good Arabic restaurant and a small shop that have H& M and Meida Markt ..etc

Good

Food (especially the breakfast) and some of the staff were really nice and took care of us. Everything was included in the price and quite clear. Bathroom was very nice, spacious and clean. The summer pass is all inclusive for transport and activities.

Beds were extremely soft, to the point of discomfort. We found chocolate wrappers in our room left over from previous guests. Rules for the spa were not enforced (children, guests with phones, shoes,...) and spa in general was flooded.
