We had a one night stay en route to Croatia. Our room had a lake view - although obscured by the rain on arrival. The receptionist seemed unsure of a few things - turned out she was new, so understandable. Frustratingly, we could not get the in room sauna to work, nor could the receptionist help. The manager addressed this very professionally in the morning and we were able to have a quick sauna before departure. The breakfast is good and was complimentary re our sauna issues, but pricey if paying 25 Euros for it. The room was comfortable and clean, but the in room tablet did not work and the streaming channels on the TV could not be accessed - none of this was explained until the following morning. The manager was apologetic and extremely helpful, but better staff training wold help avoid some issues.

This was one of the most chaotic places I have ever stayed, staff tried hard but where clearly let down by a lack of training and management decisions. If you are not coming by car I would avoid as the "shuttle" service to the town is very hap harazard. It was cancelled on the day of departure with no notice. There was no reception staff at 8am to help with check out and the kitchen staff had to help settle my bill without access to a card machine or the computer system. They did however help with getting us into town with our bags which was much appreciated, Overall I would avoid this location and hotel brand in the future.
