We liked everything. The hotel is run by the family themselves, and you can feel it: the owners are very warm and friendly, easy to talk to and ready to help with anything. It felt more like staying with hosts than at a hotel.

Fantastic hosts and staff. Felt like a home away from home. The place had kitchen facilities as well. The summer card was very useful. We had just two days and did the Kaprun Gorge and the mountain. The place is a 10 minute walk from the main train station. The 860 bus from the stop opposite the station takes you directly to the bus station which is the last stop and about 2 mins walk from the hotel. The walk is also good. The hotel is located at the city express cable car. Make sure you also do this to get to a water reservoir that has a beautiful view.
The hosts were absolutely amazing and the lady that was there during breakfast was also super. Very friendly.

We like everything here (the location, the room, the breakfast and definitely the hosts) and it’s in our comeback list if somehow we’re visiting Zell Am See again.

Close to the center and bus station, but not noisy. Very comfortable beds. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Kind owners and their advice on what to visit. Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card!
