Super schönes Designhotel in guter Lage

Sehr großes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Kleine Küchenzeile mit allem, was man braucht und ausreichend Handtücher. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gemütlich, könnte aber im Ruhebereich vom Licht her etwas gedimmter sein, da manche Lampen blenden, wenn man auf den Liegen liegt. Das gesamte Design des Hotels ist wunderschön und zieht sich ausnahmslos durch das ganze Gebäude. Es wirkt sehr liebevoll und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten, die man aus unserer Sicht verbessern könnte: Handtuchhalter und Spiegel im WC, mehr Sichtschutz auf den Terrassen (wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und es war uns zu ungemütlich auf der Terrasse, weil jeder dort vorbeigelaufen ist). Außerdem wären Fliegengitter super. Wir hatten leider viele Mücken im Zimmer. Und das Zimmer war sehr sehr warm, obwohl die Fußbodenheizung aus war. Woran das genau lag, konnten wir uns nicht erklären.

Highly recommend The Gast House and there is so much to see and do in Zell am See.

Brilliant stay, loved the hotel

We were upgraded to a bigger room on arrival which was really lovely. The hotel is in a quiet area of town but only 5 mins walk to the centre, main bus terminal and one of the cable cars. 10 mins to train station. Spotlessly clean and we knew and liked the fact that rooms were not cleaned daily. Breakfast was great, every choice you could think of from cereals, fruit, yoghurt, breads, cheeses and cooked. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely return. Despite it being 30+c we found the rooms fine as long as we kept curtains and doors shut in the day.

التعامل سي جدا، والأثاث مقبول، والإفطار غير لائق ويدفعونك حق الموقف ويقولون بركن في الشارع أيام الاجازه مجانا ومع الزحمه ما تحصل موقف إلا بصعوبه او بعيد الفندق، كان التعامل ردي والسعر اللي يأخذونه بالنسبه للتعامل ووضع الفندق غالي جدا، الحسنه الوحيده فيه شطاف

Mooi hotel, erg genoten.

Het was een volledig vernieuwde kamer, prachtig in model en een ruime badkamer met douche en balkon, heel mooi ingericht. Sauna en zwembad zijn gratis erbij, dus dat is erg prettig. Ontbijt was lekker en prima voldoende.

Bij aankomst konden we niet parkeren en was de receptioniste erg bot, waarbij ze ons afsnauwend wegstuurde. Later bood ze hiervoor wel haar excuses aan, dus daarmee was het wel oké, maar erg prettig in communicatie was ze niet. Het licht op het balkon ging vanaf 22h centraal geregeld uit, wat niet zo praktisch was...

Top locatie en ontbijt, maar minder vriendelijk personeel

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in The Gast House Zell am See. Samen met mijn vriendin verbleven wij hier en we waren zeer tevreden. De locatie is perfect midden in het centrum en op loopafstand van gezellige restaurants en winkels. De kamer was modern, schoon en comfortabel ingericht. Het ontbijt was echt fantastisch: ontzettend veel keuze en alles was vers.

Het personeel was helaas niet erg vriendelijk. Bij aankomst kregen we geen uitleg over het hotel of de faciliteiten; het advies was om de volgende ochtend maar terug te komen. Ook wanneer we vragen stelden, werden we niet op een vriendelijke manier geholpen. Dit vonden we jammer.

Moderní hotel v blízkosti jezera, naprosto výjimečná snídaně, doporučuji.

Výborná snídaně, velmi chutná káva (k dispozici zdarma po celý den), moderní a velmi čistý interiér, možnost parkování v krytém parkovišti (za poplatek). Uvítal jsem i Sommer Card, která umožňuje zdarma vstup na mnoho aktivit v okolí.

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und modern gestaltet – von den Zimmern bis hin zu den Gemeinschaftsbereichen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Spa-Bereich mit einem Pool, zwei Saunen und ausreichend Liegen. Auch hier war alles stets gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und hat sich definitiv gelohnt: Es gab eine vielfältige und reichhaltige Auswahl, bei der für jeden etwas dabei war. Die Lobby war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und lud zum Verweilen ein. Besonders schön fanden wir die Außenbeleuchtung und die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien – ideal für laue Sommerabende, aber auch im Winter sehr stimmungsvoll.

Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Rezeption ist nur bis 20 Uhr besetzt. Wenn man also abends noch unterwegs ist und die Zimmerkarte vergisst, kann das etwas problematisch werden.

Modern und super Frühstück...

Gute Lage. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Sehr, sehr gutes Frühstück. Kleiner Wellness Bereich mit Sauna und Pool. Sauber. Moderne Einrichtung. Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr und Gläser auf dem Zimmer in der kleinen Küchenzeile. Wir würden hier wieder wohnen.

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Habe ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett UND Schlafcouch gebucht (Kind, 10J, hatte die Schlafcouch). Mit ausgeklappter Couch war das Zimmer sehr, sehr eng. Zwischen Bett und Schlafcouch war kaum Platz um durch zu laufen. Mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Koffer nicht zu empfehlen.

Great hotel and location.

Beautiful hotel, incredibly modern and comfortable. Communal bar area inside and out for relaxing and the breakfast was very good. Location is great a short walk to the Lake and old town. Parking very easy and reasonably priced. Pool and spa a real bonus. The Summer card is outstanding value you get with a summer booking. We used the trains, bus, boy and cable cars and it’s such great value.

Rooms are not air conditioned which made it a bit warm in summer but manageable.

Breakfast had a good selection. Location was good for transport, walking to the lake, and beyond, and in easy reach of restaurants.
