A very beautiful accommodation in a quiet location with a children’s garden. The staff and neighbors are very welcoming. The hostess is friendly and strives to satisfy the guest

You may need to go by car when you need to buy some supplies, for me this not big deal

The hotel is truly beautiful and in a great location. It’s within walking distance to Zell am See. The surrounding nature is absolutely stunning. The hosts are very kind and helpful! Breakfasts were excellent. I highly recommend it.

The mattresses in our room in the bed were less comfortable for us.

Limited parking space, price and value of staying experience is average

Relatively good location and comfortable bed.

On booking for triple room with balcony and I requested for higher floor room. But first night we are allowed to sleep in small three-bed room without balcony and bathroom is not anything as promoted pictures. Luckily per my request on site, we were allowed to switch room to the triple room at the second night to first floor, the room is exactly same as promoted picture. I have also requested for room switch or earlier check out via booking app on the first night, nobody responded. Was an unpleasant surprise on the first night but second night was pleasant. Btw, the shower drainage is terrible maybe unlucky. Parking is very limited.

Quiet location, max 15 mins drive to all ski resorts in the area (Zell am See, Kaprun, Saalbach), ski bus in front of the building, good breakfast, nice sauna for evenings, very warm and welcoming hosts.

Its not like other hotels, cozy (house style), (Breakfast) was simple and I like it but my friends didn't like it at all, quit and there's no Air condition. She have a garden for kids if they want to play. The owner lady was so sweet and kind. if there any chance to visit this place again of course I will chose it cause its suites me.

You need to check if you payed with breakfast or not and for cleaning services. cause I payed Extra there. and if you are afraid of dogs. she have only one and he's not that quit and I'm fine with dogs but my friend was so scared

Cozy place in a great area

Pretty much everything. We got an upgrade from the owner and it was an apartment on the top level with great views on the mountains (both northern and southern views). The room was recently renovated had two bedrooms, living room with the kitchen, nice design, cool bathroom (hansgrohe pushbutton shower and 2.3m size tiles!). Garden is very nice, and overall very cozy place with friendly host.

Nothing really. If one gets too picky, I could mention that breakfast selection is not huge (but more than enough for a small family run hotel) and I believe its unreasonable to expect elevator from such a place with 3 levels. So reiterate - all was great and above expectations

loved the friendly staff and the hotel garden was breathtaking not to forget the tasty breakfast.

The unheld dog. the dog caused our son to panic and fell down from the stairs casing hand break otherwise the facility is nice for the price

The guesthouse was really cozy and homey and sauna felt really nice after the day of skiing. The breakfast was very versatile and tasty. Staff was also really helpful.

We booked two separate rooms for two couples. For some reason however, we all had to share one room for one night and we got the second bedroom only next day. We did get a little discount, and we are close friends so we were able to manage, but it was a little unpleasant for four adults (two couples) to share one room and one bathroom without no private space.
