The owners and the view were amazing. We came to Zell am See 4 years ago and ate at the Pfefferbauer and said one day we will be back and stay. We stayed 3 nights and the entire stay was wonderful. We will definitely be back again!

Different from last year, this year the experience was not good. One day they forgot to clean the room and we stayed 4 days and 2 evenings the hotel and the restaurant was closed without any warning/communication.Also the breakfast becomes too dull (every day the same and parts is already on the table for quite some time in the morning (juices are warm instead of cold/fresh). Also the owners were not very friendly. We thought that It was probablly end of season/start of their own holidays and we were the last ones.
