- Is een hotel waar honden welkom zijn. Leuk, maar jammer genoeg is mijn man is daar allergisch voor - Voorzichtigheid geboden bij het op- en afrijden van de berg in het hoogseizoen!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr enttäuschend

Schöner Vitalbereich und Schwimmbecken, sowie Raum zum Abstellen der Fahrräder bzw Skiraum. Mit der Zell am See - Kaprun - Karte kam man voll auf seine Kosten mit den Ausflügen. Die Lage des Hotels an einem Wanderweg und Skipiste ist gut.

Das über Booking.com gebuchte Zimmer war leider direkt über dem Abluftrohr der Küche mit Blick auf das Trampolin der Kinder. Somit konnte der Balkon nie genutzt werden geschweige denn frische Bergluft rein gelassen werden, da die Küche morgens um 7 Uhr anfing und die Kinder bis nachts auf dem Trampolin sprangen. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war und sich auf Sauna freute, musste man schnell sein, da diese um 20 Uhr aus geschaltet wurde. Das angepriesene Zimmer war so klein, dass man nicht ohne Weiteres am vermeintlichen Nachttisch zwischen Bett und Wand vorbeikam, trotz dassi der "Nachttisch" nur für ein kleines Buch passend war.

Vše naprosto dokonalé do posledního detailu. Personál maximálně vstřícný a milý, pokoje nádherné s balkonem. Velká pohodlná postel, vše voňavé a čisté. Pokoj krásný, luxusní. Na televizi chytnete i české programy. Snídaně velmi bohatá, všechno čerstvé a chutné. Hotel má úžasný velký bazén s dostatkem lehátek. Parkoviště menší, ale stačilo. Na recepci vám doporučí možnosti výletů, a to do nejmenších detailů. Příjezdová cesta hezká, asfaltová.

Die herzliche Freundlichkeit des Personals und deren Hilfsbereitschaft, der Ausblick = WOW !, der Streichelzoo war für unseren Sohn das Highlight. Leckeres Essen, Sauber, Schöne und ruhige Zimmer. Es war alles wunderbar.

Fantastic family run hotel in beautiful surroundings - Highly Recommend

We had a wonderful week at The Berghotel Jaga-Alm. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. On arrival our name was on the welcome board outside and we were offered a slight room upgrade, which was very much appreciated as the view was absolutely stunning - lake, forest and ski slopes all in one. We had breakfast in the hotel on a few days. There was lots of choice available, mainly cold (meats, cheese, cereals, pastries) but you could make your own eggs on a hot plate which we took advantage of. Coffee was fantastic too. We ate in the hotel every evening and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had and the accompanying beer/wine. We used the spa a couple of times, which was well set out and tranquil, although not as relaxing as we wished for as on both times a guest was in there tapping away on a laptop! We would highly recommend The Berghotel Jaga-Alm and hope one day to return.

The personal is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are very good. The location is perfect for mountain hiking. It’s up the hill, a car is helpful to reach other destinations. There is a very nice outdoor pool. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great view!

The hotel has a stunning lake view. The room is very clean and well-maintained. The pool and wellness area are gorgeous. The staff in every department are really kind, friendly and caring. Breakfast is good, but dinner is fabulous. We did not do the all inclusive, we ordered a la carte, everything is so delicious especially meat dishes sauerkraut! We will definitely come back here again.
