It is a pleasant facility with a traditional Austrian style and atmosphere.

It is marketed as ski-in/ski-out. While you can ski in, it is definitely not ski-out. The location therefore becomes a drawback, as it is not realistically walkable—especially with children. In addition, as this is the last stop for the shuttle bus, it was consistently full when it arrived. On several occasions we had to wait up to 25 minutes, watching multiple buses pass without being able to board.

The location of the hotel is quite good. You are situated a bit outside the busy Zell am See city center and close to the cable tracks leading up the mountains.

The rooms were all in all quite small. This is not i a huge problem but the price therefore is on the higher side. Although I do think that Zell am See is more expensive than the surrounding villages. Rooms are also very noisy. You can easily hear the neighbouring room talk, use the bathroom, hear the TV. I think isolation can definitely improve.

Good place

Plece was good in general with far bellow to be 4 star hotel .. it represent a small apartment without room service. Near to the center, quite, clean with very nice mountain view and high quality restaurant especially the dinner One person was very kind helpful professional ( Gabor )

Would love to visit those friendly faces again.

Cozy and comfy, with an easy access to the piste and 71 bus stop. Brilliant food and exceptionally kind staff, willing to go to great lengths to accommodate your special needs and make you feel at home.

The patio faces directly the ski room, a heavy traffic area in the morning and late afternoon. Curtains and windows shield you from gazes but not noises.

Disappointing

Good location close to ski lift. Comfortable Rooms. Good cleaning personnel.

We booked and pre-paid a Panorama Suite with Lake View for 4 nights. Upon checkin we were put into a room facing the parking lot, went back down to reception to ask to be allocated to the room we booked... was told our room was also sold to someone else and they cannot move us there. Took 2 days and several times a day complaining to reception staff until we were eventually moved to the room we had booked and paid for half-way through our stay. Customer service was terrible and not acceptable at this price point; by far worst experience in this regard of various 4/5* hotels I have stayed at in Austria.

Ski trip

It was very clean and quite. Location was very close to the rental stores and ski lifts.

Wellness center wasn't really that big. No entertainment at night. No room service.

Lots of insects in the room which is annoying. Just keep chasing them off. Toilet floor is cold where slippers should be available to avoid the cold floor.However. no slippers where provided Two single blankets provided( although double bed booked where the blanket should be one large not two singles) Would not repeat it at all and was not a good experience for me.

Junior suite was a bit small and we paid 30 euros extra per day to to stay in larger and more comfortable suite

Clean, good location, good breakfast

In hospitality business. Check out is one part of the process that either can improve impression or complerly destroy the effort of the entire staff during a guest stay when failing to reassure that staying in this property was a right choice. Unfortunately my experience was just like this. Very negative. I stayed 5 nights here and not even one formal question asked about how it was and if all was good. All a receptionist cared about was 15 euro of additional charge for 20 min being late. for check out. Loyalty is hard to obtain and even harder to retain.. Alas

Parking at the hotel. Room are clean and nice view

No reception at night. At time of check-in I came late the hotel was dark no lights I could see any thing. It took me 30 mnt to find out that the key was left for me in envelope. Also after 2 days I went to take late dinner after 10 pm when I returned back the door was closed and no one to open it took me 1 hour to find that there is back door like thiefe. It's really very bad experience I never seen hotel like that before beside the paper that they give me if toilet water came into room carpet I will have to pay. They should make it in way that it doesn't flow to the rooms not to threaten customers to pay

1. Friendly and very helpful staff especially Richard and Sabine. 2. Location is not in the center but has a very good view from up. Also it is very quiet and busses available every around 40 minutes. 3. Breakfast was good. 4. They upgraded our room to panorama which was very comfortable and has a balcony, 2 TV nicely furnished. 5. There is a sauna which opens from 3 to 7 pm. 6. Once I arrived late night to the hotel and found main door closed then tried my room key and it worked.
