Our room was perfect for 2 people who do not sleep together. We needed 2 beds. Breakfast every morning was excellent. The hotel grounds were beautiful. We ate at both the restuarants and tried the spa.
Getting from our room to anywhere else in the hotel was very confusing and too the entire 5 day stay to figure out.

The hotel fell short of our expectations. The twin room we were originally given differed significantly from the listing photos, so we complained. The manager moved us to a room more like the one pictured and acknowledged the first room was smaller and had no gap between the twin beds.
Overall the facilities appeared poorly maintained and somewhat neglected. The bathrooms were disappointing — outdated bathtubs only, with no showers. The room lacked complimentary slippers, and the breakfast was meager.
Signage and room mapping were minimal and confusing, which caused a lot of frustration. Nothing about the hotel felt premium, yet the price suggested we should have had a higher-quality stay.
