The hotel has an amazing hall where you can relax, read, drink a hot drink and enjoy the passers by.

Everything was really good apart from the bucket in the sauna that was leaking and the slippers provided in the room are not suitable for the sauna.

Complete disappointment

At night, the room was extremely bright because of the strong street lighting outside, making it very difficult to sleep. The toilet was not working properly and made loud water-filling noises every two minutes. You could hear every single sound from the corridor, so resting was impossible. On top of that, the reception area smelled strongly like a swimming pool, which was very unpleasant.

Robes and slippers provided for the spa or just for the room, free hot drinks all day. Due to the location, we popped back a couple of times in the day. Staff were very nice and helpful. Night time was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of variety!

The location was great and central to town, trains and restaurants and the Sunday antique market. The hydro therapy pool was awesome, really cool and therapeutic on weary muscles pulling luggage😀

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The facility is clean and the staff was nice amazing.

We liked the friendly staff. We enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks, and my kids specially enjoyed the hot chocolate. The pool and sauna were amazing.

We had the suite. Appreciated that it has 2 bathroom but the powder room didn’t have a sink to wash your hand, we had to walk up the stairs to wash our hands. The shower leaked a lot of water out of the shower glass.

The rooms are really nice and comfy, the hotel is really close to the city and the train station but there is barely any noise so it’s nice and quiet at night and in the morning when you wake up. The sauna is really good and so is the pool.

Breakfast is a bit rubbish, there is only the same options every day and the portion sizes are not the best. The staff at the front desk were overall decent, however the shower in my room fell out of the ceiling just minutes after I had gotten out, so I went down to reception to be told I would receive a refund for the damage to our room. However after going back home and emailing the hotel to see where my refund was I was told I would not be getting a refund and that the information I was told was incorrect and they refused to give me a refund for the damage.

Location on point!

The location was excellent for getting around the city, for the Saturday antique market/antique shops and centres and for some really nice places to eat. Loved that the hotel had a pool and sauna, especially after walking and sightseeing all day. Convenient for two train stations, Chapelle and Central.

The pool was cold 🥶 and some of the jets didn't work.

Disappointing especially for the price. I was made to feel that Iwas asking for too much when requesting basic items

The room was large. The breakfast was good.

Items missing from the room for instance iron and bedding for the sofabed. No sink / water downstairs in the duplex which made the downstairs toilet unhygienic. Bin was so small, there was no where to put rubbish.

Smack in the antique shops area

Conveniently located near the Sablon and the antique shops area, not far from the Grande Place, but in a very quiet small street. Very kind personnel, comfortable and very clean room and large bathroom and good breakfast.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast and spa

The breakfast was totally yummy. You can make your own waffles! It was great to relax at the Spa area. The room is nicely decorated and employees were very nice and helpful.

Our room had a permanent bad smell. The employees were aware and did their best to help. We left the window open to make it bearable. It would have been nice to get a discount for that, but it wasn't offered.

Quiet and conveniently located hotel

Suite was good, although it needs some improvements.

no water fountain in the toilet downstairs in the suite. you need to go up the stairs to wash your hands. the couch is not that comfortable to sleep on. the hotel pool is more of a large bathroom tub, perhaps 4,5 meters wide..sauna is good. breakfastroom in the basement next to the pool/sauna is not a great idea. the lobby area could be used instead.

Relax and work

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was someone to welcome you at the front desk at any time. The spa facilities are nice (a Finnish sauna and a heated pool with massage jets). The location is very good, 10 min walk from the Grand place and 5 min walk from the Square Brussels. The bed was comfortable.

You have to ask for a bathrobe and slippers for the spa and the iron facilities are shared. But, again, the lady at the front desk was so helpful and charming that she made me quickly forget about that.
