Location was great, it was on the first floor with 2 outer doors meaning there was no noise from the bars and restaurants out the back, plenty of space and well equipped
I was told I would receive a text message with lock box codes before check in time, that did not happen so I had to chase it up and someone tried to tell me they would meet me in 2 hours. The damage deposit I was told was a card pre authorisation only and would not be charged but it was so I had to contact them for a refund.

Location was perfect for Barbican pubs & restaurants - happily noisey outside the entrance, even more happily quiet inside the apartment which faces into a quieter street
not four of everything - eg only three wine and three champagne glasses; windows facing road and expelair need a proper clean. Hopefully the very responsive management team has sorted this already as i messaged at the time

There where no keys in the key box when we arrived and had to wait 30 mins for them to arrive. Which was not helpful when we arrived at 10.30 pm.
