Plymouth Hoe Apartment

Spacious, comfortable and well fitted out. Great location close to centre and Hoe with offroad parking.

Basement property with damp issues. Although property had dehumidifiers they were small and needed emptying on several occasions. Left kitchen fan on to keep air flowing and fresh. Issue advised to property manager so may now be resolved.

Very disappointed

Very clean , showers good and beds comfy

We were NOT in the Buckingham Suite but they put us in the Sandringham Suite which was in the basement. Smelt of damp, view of bins and a wall so very depressing . Asked to move and they offered another one but it only had one bathroom so stayed in the basement. My husband is recovering from Colon Cancer so needed the two bathrooms

Superb apartment and very convenient for town centre, Hoe and harbour

Very convenient for amenities. Very nice interior and decor.

Only thing was sofas were a little uncomfortable as seat cushion kept slipping off when you moved.

I like that the property was close to the city centre, we also liked the layout.

On hour first day of arrival some oats was accidentally dropped on the floor, we ask reception for a dust pan and brush and we were told that someone will come around to tidy up but, no one came which was a let down, with nothing to clean it up we walked on a dirty floor for the duration of our stay, breakfast could be better.

The lay out is really nice and comfy beds

The draft coming in through windows, the sofa cushions, the dirty bath and lack of toilet rolls, but also the fact that there was no other heating other then under floor which was nice on feet but when ur cold it doesn’t help ur whole body

Lovely place to stay

Nice clean apartment with good decor in central plymouth , it’s recommended

You need to go to office which is different address to check in and collect the key first (the post code take you behind the building) nice accommodating staff at reception waiting then go to the property which is further down the road .. The corridor light inside the apartment which is automatically comes on in the middle of the night as you walk or come out of bedroom was very irritating..

Apart from the above small niggles it was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Beds very comfy.

Difficult to find the property initially and couldnt find the office at first.

Bath taps were broken - reported but not fixed while we were there. Lamp shade was missing. Toilet brush and holder were in rather a mucky state!

Exceptional

Well located and well equipped (the only thing that could possibly have been added was kitchen scissors) apartment in a great location. It was a good size and really felt like a home from home we could be comfortable in. The building is beautiful and has been restored respectfully, keeping many original features. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful too. We would return.

The apartment had beautiful, huge sash windows. In the bedroom they had thick curtains along with the blinds but not in the living room. Given the time of year, it would have been nice to have curtains in there too. There was a slight draught and although this didn't effect our stay as it was easy to turn the heating up it would ha e felt more cosy to be able to pull the curtains.
