Location excellent, two good bedrooms.

Many steep stairs to access front door. The location of the parking needs to be accurately explained to the same standard as the location of the apartment access door. Noise and smell from the restaurant kitchen on the floor below caused by the staffs refusal to close the emergency access door on to the staircase needed to access the apartment front door.

This property was perfect, beautiful inside and decorated to a high standard, the beds were so comfortable..John the host was great if we needed anything he was easy to get hold of, so thank you for a great stay, I will definitely book this again.

A great gem in the heart of the barbican

The apartment was very tidy and modern! It had everything you needed for your stay. It was in the heart of the barbican and not far to walk into Plymouth centre. We definitely will be back when visiting Plymouth!

Very stylish apartment in a great location.

The finish and decor was exceptional. Loved the plants and mirrors everywhere. The beds were comfy and it is in a great location. Minor negative, you can hear the air con from the restaurant below over night. Only a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Excellent Apartment in heart of Barbican - Steep stairs to reach, but well worth the climb!

Excellent position, right in heart of Barbican. Plenty of space in the apartment, with high-quality fittings, decor & fixtures. It really was a very homely and comfortable environment - really EVERYTHING you'd need for a short or extended stay. The lit, heated and bluetooth-enabled bathroom mirror was a major talking-point for our guests, heh.

It's being very picky, but the various wooden shutters would benefit from a quick regular dusting - and the provision of a shower curtain would have diminished a slight paranoia we felt at the possibility of pooling the bathroom floor. Potential renters DO need to be aware that the accommodation is at the top of four relatively steep and narrow turning staircases (it's located on the third/top floor).

Excellent apartment thank you - we will definitely stay again

Superb 3rd floor apartment situated in the centre of the Barbican with the added bonus of parking (in an adjacent lane )included in the price. Great communication with John the owner prior to and during our stay. Easy access to keys and parking permit when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, furnished to a high spec and was equipped with all mod cons - in-fact absolutely everything that we needed for our stay - including toiletries and cleaning products! We will definitely stay again. 😃

Amazing place, beautiful interior & unbeatable location.

Amazing location for Plymouth Summertime, right on the Barbican. Apartment was clean & well equipped. Super responsive owner who made sure everything was in order for our stay.

Didn’t affect us but be aware the apartment is up 3 very steep flights of stairs, so not suitable for the less mobile.

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment was beautifully presented & well equipped, the beds were comfortable & the bathroom was modern & clean. The location is amazing, but do be aware that you are right in the heart of the historic Barbican with all its bars, shops & restaurants & so can be quite noisy at times; which I personally love.

I found the sofa in the living area a bit too hard to be comfortable & on a very personal level; only being 5 feet tall, the mirrors in the bedroom & bathroom were all too high for me to use but I do realise that is very much a 'me problem'. Also, if you have a problem with climbing stairs, then this apartment probably isn't for you.

A stunning comfortable boutique apartment at the Barbican waterfront

The location of this apartment just steps from. the Barbican waterfront is fabulous. The apartment has been styled and furnished to a very high standard and it’s very well equipped right down to nice toiletries, bathroom consumables and general cleaning supplies. The apartment owner John was a pleasure to communicate with and very accommodating. The free car parking space in a secure car park was an added bonus.

There is really not much to dislike about the apartment! The very steep stairs to reach the apartment are also quite narrow so quite tricky to navigate with heavy luggage. The beds would benefit from some comfort toppers but that’s a personal preference.

I will be back!

I am a regular solo traveler and would 100% recommend this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places I have stayed. The place was very clean, modern and simply stunning it had everything i needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites i wanted to go. Also close to shops which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. Highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

a great property in a central location parking is easy. the decor and facilities are amazing, it is very clean with comfortable beds. I would recommend this to all my friends and would definitely come again .
