Location was fab, room was clean, enjoyed our stay although did think we were booking an apartment

Feel slightly mislead in the booking & had no windows which to be fair was where it was

Quiet little to no road noise air con was very quiet . Close to amenities. Although next to restaurants no cooking smell was present. We didn’t not see the staff but when contacted by phone or message they were extremely helpful. We didn’t need parking. We would stay again.

Good location and very clean

The location was amazing and so easy to get to everything. It was very quiet and we didn’t hear anything from the busy street in the eve. The lady who we checked in with was extremely charming and friendly.

It wasn’t what we would call luxury. I think probably the most basic room I’ve ever stayed in. Maybe at one point it was, but the room was very tired and in need of a repaint. There were dirty marks/stains all over the walls. The iron didn’t work as the fuse was missing. The bathroom wasn’t exactly fresh. The shower needs a good bleaching down and the tray didn’t drain away. The skirtings were very dusty. The double bed was not extra large as described. There was an unusual smell on arrival particularly in the entrance hallway. Air con didn’t work (remote was missing) although there was a tower fan which we used instead. There was no decoration like pictures or plants to make it homely and not having any window at all that we could open was quite claustrophobic.
