Well decorated, spotlessly clean, had tea, coffee, milk, sugar, towels, WiFi, tv, comfy beds,

Nothing it was perfect for what we needed for a family staying in Plymouth for 1 night

Location was ideal for what we needed nice and central with car parking available for no extra cost.

Motion detection lighting was a bit awkward - the light on the main stairway turning itself off half way down the stairs

Location was good, close to town, comfortable for 5 people . There was parking, although it was a little tight to get the car in, but it was fine once parked. Easy enough to find.

It was hot but we couldn’t have the windows open because of the noise from the pub, but fans were provided which helped

Good central location, comfortable beds. Price good for a family of 5 who otherwise have to get 2 hotel rooms. Although a bit dilapidated, it was clean.

The window in stairwell overlooking street was broken so couldn’t shut out the live music from the bar across the street. The motion sensor lights were very annoying, and one bedroom and the bathroom had no window to outside. Generally had a bit of dilapidated air - very studenty (maybe it is a student accommodation at some times of year). The lounge was very cramped- this definitely isn’t somewhere to stay if you want to hang out - but good as a base for exploring. The locks on the various doors worried me - despite notices reminding us to keep the locks on the latch, what if they’d shut and locked with belongings inside?
