Nice apartment five floors up stairs. Don't bring luggage. It's a lot of stairs

It was difficult to get in touch with the host. One of the phone numbers provided didn't work.

I didn't like the difficulty in finding the property. It's obscure.

Excellent location ( but a bit noisy) but that comes with being in the centre of everything. Lovely terrace area and everything was very clean.

The showers left a lot to be desired. We couldn’t use the one over the bath because the bath plug wouldn’t release and the one in the master was difficult to fix in one place ( the shower head). It’s definitely not a place to take young children - we heard lots of colourful language from the street and saw 2 fights in 2 days! However my teenage daughter found the whole thing hugely entertaining and was transfixed all night! We go to Plymouth regularly to see family and this would not stop us staying there again.

Exceptional

Everything, the house was exceptional. Very clean. Lovely sea views from the balcony. Perfect location, loads of restaurants, pubs at reasonable prices. Can't fault anything. The owner responds in a timely manner.

There was no sharp knife to cut with, however didn't spoil anything. No broom to sweep with upstairs.

Modern, clean and great location with good outside space

Entrance to the apartment through a keyed gate, felt unsafe if there was an incident and you needed to evacuate quickly. Only one key provided for a three bedroom apartment which meant it wasn’t as convenient as it could/should be as everyone had to arrive / leave together. Perhaps issue another set of keys ? Some internal decoration needed attention, e.g. lounge floor but overly very high standard Some of the crockery and glassware needs replacing, numerous items chipped and not matching. No sharp knives provided.

Thoroughly recommended

Fantastic location, beautiful, well equipped apartment. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! It was a real home from home.

There isn't any parking at the property and there are a lot of stairs!!! Also oven not great!!
