Very clean, tidy and spacious. Some areas were a little worn like the dining room chairs and a few marks / damage on walls but other than that it was well maintained.

It was not possible to change the thermostat without a password and we stayed over Christmas so no one was working, I had to fully turn off radiators.

Spacious house with plenty of space and very big kitchen.

Bunk bed were child size not fit for bigger adults, so this could have been clearly described before.

Awesome location for our needs: close to the waterfront, close to town centre, shops at a walking distance. Would definitely recommend, very spacious rooms and appartment altogether.

Communication with staff quite difficult, with big delays, but definitely ready to listen and to try and resolve. Office only a street away from the actual accomodation, which could help if needed.

Spacious apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice location. Parking just behind the building.

A narrow check in window which we missed due to traffic and had to pay a late arrival fee of 30 pounds for being 50 minutes late from 8pm deadline. Check in is in another building further away.

Quite noisy at night as there is a pub straight facing. Also you need to take items like:- Kitchen Roll Loo roll Dishwasher tablets Washing up liquid All condiments etc as there is literally nothing in the property.

Could be brilliant.

Beautifully appointed and quite well equipped, it is centrally located and perfect for what we wanted.

There was no hairdryer in the en-suite, contradicting the description, there was a bulb missing from a bedside lamp, there was a chipped glass and parking was an additional charge despite the fact that a parking bay exists for every apartment- an unnecessary charge based on what we were paying. The tea and coffee left was basic, not matching the standard of the accommodation and a dishwasher tablet was not left for the dishwasher…again a penny-pinching exercise that detracts from the overall experience of the apartment.

The flat was very spacious. Fantastic kitchen area, lovely bedrooms.

The bunkbeds were unsafe, the children would not sleep in them. Need screws tightening. No extra bedding for sofabed. (Cousin wanted to stay) No soap in toilet. Kitchen needs alot of extras adding. Oven gloves essential, wooden utensils for non stick pans, roasting tins (had to cook oven food in grill tray)

There were noises all night every night, recorded and showed reception. no one had any sleep. noises appeared to be from pipes. Cooker not clean. mother found a bag of drugs down sofa!! £10 per car per day. £30 charge for pets. Already paid £950 to stay!!

Windows in the bedrooms couldn’t be locked open on ground floor. The dining area only had 6 chairs and there was 8 of us.

gorgeous property and very good value for money!

loved the location of the property, it was very central so it was easy to get around. it was a beautiful property all round- the kitchen and dining area was gorgeous! the bathrooms were really nice and clean and so were all the bedrooms. the 3 mains bedrooms were good sizes and well presented.

it shouldn’t be advertised as being to sleep 10 adults-the bunk beds are smaller than single beds and are designed for children, not adults. the sofa bed was smaller than a small double and again not designed for adults. being a party of 10 we ended up having 3 people needing to sleep on the floor as the bunk beds were too small and unstable and then sofa bed would only fit 1. more cleaning products needed to be left so we could have left the property is a cleaner state.

keys were easy to collect, but they would not issue to another member of our party despite us calling and giving authorisation, I guess in a way this should be seen as a positive but a little frustrating for the group that had travelled a long way. Also the shower in en-suite never worked during our stay. One of the reasons we booked this accommodation was because it had 2 bathrooms.
