Location and close to Barbican
Attentive staff when we arrived
Sadly location means it’s really noisy until early hours, extractor fan did not work in en-suite and bed was really uncomfortable
Have to make sure you pay for on street parking £17 for 24hrs

Really clean. No noise from other people staying there. Helpful staff upon arrival. Comfy bed. Really central location.

Very convenient and great communication. We were really grateful to have a late check out as our daughter wasn't well.
We were told there was one small step to get into our room which was important as our daughter is a wheelchair user. In fact there are two lots of two stairs. Tricky but we were able to lift her. The hob didn't work but again not a big deal and we didn't report it as we were getting ready to leave.

The location was good and the facilities in the apartment were acceptable a warm and cosy stay.
Very noisy young next door neighbour late at night into the early hours I often got woken up.
