We had a wonderful stay! Above all, I really appreciated the staff—they were so accommodating and immediately sorted out all of our little issues. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and well-furnished, and I will definitely book again next time. Thanks again for accommodating us!
There was nothing we genuinely disliked, but as a minor suggestion for the hotter English summers, switching to fresher, lighter cotton linens would help keep the bed cooler at night. Installing proper air conditioning instead of relying on fans would also be a massive plus for next summer, especially since almost nowhere else in town offers AC.

The location was good and the facilities in the apartment were acceptable a warm and cosy stay.
Very noisy young next door neighbour late at night into the early hours I often got woken up.
