Private parking facilities at the apartment. Location of apartment was brilliant, easy access to restaurants, harbour , pubs and shops. Apartment was comfortable and Private. All staff, especially Rachel, were polite ; friendly and helpful.
Noise from guest parties in apartment above which was impossible to ignore and made sleeping difficult. Urgency requires sound proofing.

Very spacious and had all the amenities you need for a stay away from home. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space internally and some space externally. Located right on the hoe and has a local Tesco at the bottom of the road for last minute bits.
The floors upstairs could do with some soundproofing, as we had a big group of guests staying above us for a few days. Watch the shower, it’s very powerful and can spill over the edge of the shower plate ! Other than this (which is a good problem to have), we enjoyed the space!

Location was very good near the Hoe. Was very spacious and well equipped. Also great water pressure!! EV charging on site was also very helpful. Amazing customer service were always on hand at any time of day!
Only down side was a disused property next to the Apartment which was really unsightly. Also the neighbours on our first night was very noisy!
