Had a fantastic stay for the weekend. Excellent location, very clean and spacious apartment.

We were close to our daughter’s accommodation which was the purpose of our visit but also close to the Hoe.
The bedrooms were all good sizes and were comfy, warm and well decorated.
Loved the living room was upstairs. It was well stocked with utensils and glasses,cups, plates etc.
Loved the main bathroom. It had bath and shower and ample space. Again nicely decorated.
Loved the main entrance grand staircase which also had a lift, luckily as we were on the top floor.
Loved the fact we weren’t reminded about having a dog with us and what we could or couldn’t do! We don’t allow our dog on beds and we felt at ease not having to worry which section of the accommodation he was allowed in.
We would definitely recommend and would revisit.
Probably just the position of one of the settees as it was under the TV and we don’t like to move other people’s furniture.

The apartment was cleaned.
It is in good area and walking distance from city center.
The suite is not suitable for families with babies and with buggy. Lift is not big enough.
We checked in half an hour early and we still had to pay £10 extra even though the apartment was ready and there were people working in the office. Also we got deducted £3 from the deposit for management fee although we already paid for the room through booking.com so I am not entirely sure how many fee we ended up paying.
Our main key apparently was broken and therefore we could only get in the apartment from the lift ( with kids and buggy was a difficult task) and we were told about this after making all those "extra payments". Not great customer service.
