Excellent position for exploring Plymouth
Would loved to have had a bigger bed on the ground floor

The house was clean, comfortable, easy to find and access and perfect for our party, with each room having it's own bathroom.and television. The welcome fruit, milk and water was a lovely touch.
The noise!!! The property is next to an Irish bar and very close to two other bars that were playing loud, bass music into the early hours. This was very disruptive to our sleep, with those of us situated in the rooms at the front of the house not getting to sleep until it eventually stopped around 3am!

We were blown away and had a fantastic stay!
5 ensuite bedrooms was exactly what we needed and although we paid a little extra for parking it was worth it.
Best points: Thoughtful provisions in the kitchen, unload directly in front of the house (it was pouring with rain!), outside seating, large fluffy towels, comfy communal space, 1 accessible room, spacious hallway for unloading
A full length mirror in the accessible room would be a good addition
Some pegs for hanging coats and gowns in the hallway would be a great help if possible

Very spacious, right in city centre. Place was clean.
There is a deposit you have to pay prior to the day, which was not too clear from the description, but it was refunded as promised.
There is a club next door which is very loud, music went until 3am.
The house works on a light sensor system. You can't really sleep on the living room couch as the lights will never shut off. I think a light switch would have been better.
You have to pay extra £10 per car park slot which I find a bit odd.
